Sooo frickin cold inside the restaurant. Food got cold as you couldn't eat it fast enough to save it from deep freeze. Burger was under done. Waitress was friendly. Complimentary garlic knots were good. Ice tea was off. May try again when its warmer outside...

Tonight is casual date night. So tonight the streets are bustling .The pretzel knots are a yes.And the Philly cheese steak was good hambuger was ok.The staff is friendly but seems under staff tonight for the events going on down town.

I have ordered reindeer grill once a week consistenly for months. I always get a Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap. The price has increased from $10 to $13 and the amount of chicken has been reduced by approximately 1/3. This price point and reduction in meat has unfortunately led to me finding alternative meals.

Used to be a good place to eat. Last few visits have been bad. Having to wait for service. Most of the servers sit around in one booth not aware of customers. Took 15 minutes to get our order placed. As we sat and waited for food, flies were circling around a table behind us that hadn’t been cleaned up. It was still sitting there full of garbage when we left. Other than a young person who waited on us no one else was doing anything. No way to do business. The owner must not be aware of what’s going on.

Stopped in while passing through town, knew nothing about the place outside of seeing they were open. Service was fast and very friendly, prices were veryy fair, especially for the portion sizes. All the food my family got was delicious and very filling. Definitely needed a togo box. I feel bad I don't remember the servers name but he was working today, the 4th and was very polite and attentive. Would go back.

We drove down to Mansfield from Akron to take my daughter to lunch because she was working down this way. We chose to go to the reindeer Grill because of the selection that they had. We each got what we wanted. My daughter got cheese and pepperoni pizza, my son got the beef stroganoff, and I got a cup of crab soup and a spinach salad with steak. Our food was phenomenal. It was so incredibly good. The service was also pretty good. They had young persons working there. The place was very clean. I would recommend trying this place out. It is family-owned and you could tell that everything was made from scratch.
