Walked in with 20+ coaches and athletes on a Saturday afternoon. They seated us immediately and got right to our drinks and appetizers. Our server Stephanie was all over the orders and refills and we had a great meal and were out the door in less than 90 minutes. Definitely would go back again!

This place is the Biggest Joke. First off Let’s not say hey there’s a gas leak and Panic everyone. Second off The “Manager” should take care of the issue. So, let’s start this off with I had to wait almost a hour for food…then asked for certain things because of Allergies and they gave them on the food anyways. Then we had two different people “Serving” not serving but fighting like two teenagers over who did what and were more worried about the “Gas leak” that of it was happening people would be sick and what not. Sandwich was cold and sat a whole 30 minutes without a drink after asking for one….Yet the whole bar was lined with drinks and food….I am a First Responder who rarely gets a day to spend with my Family and I choose to go to Roosters and this is the Treatment I get!?. Like a gas leak is one thing calling the fire department to check is another and making sure not to panic your customers and keep drinks in front of them is another. Absolutely Pathetic service. Tried to enjoy a Family Dinner but it was ruined by Horrible Customer Service and what not. Ya’ll need to get yourself sorted out.

We ordered togo at 2:47 pm which took 30 to 35 minutes to get food and it was not busy at all and our wings had very very little sauce (hot and terriacki) and our salads were nothing but lettuce and hard croutons. We have always gone in to eat and enjoyed the food..

Decided to go to Roosters for the first time on 10/26/24 around 9:30-10pm and had the worst experience. Waitress Amanda was not very attentive and gave my guest and myself such a bad attitude when serving us. When ordering food she was very quick to ask if “that it” as soon as we finished speaking. By the time our food came out, our drinks were empty with no one coming around to check how food was or if we needed more to drink. By the end of our meal, our waitress was on our way to give us our check (made eye-contact and was heading directly to us) but decided to sit with the party right beside us instead. So we then waited 15 additional minutes to get our check. When we got our check and headed up to pay, Amanda took the copy of the receipt and intentionally looked at it and back at us and crumpled it up in front of us complaining there wasn’t a tip on there. She then was screaming at this point to her co-worker that we didn’t tip and that she was over having us in. (We literally didn’t complain once). Long story short… the food was decent especially for the price, but the experience itself was so bad that we will never be back again or ever order online from there. First and last time with many better options and better service.

We always love coming to Roosters! They have something for everyone - adults, children - the variety of menu options are wonderful!
Even when they were super busy, our server was so friendly and attentive - management even gave out free appetizer cards to each table due to the delay of food service, which honestly wasn't bad! But just that extra thoughtfulness goes a long way.

Food took a long time but I enjoyed my drinks while waiting!!
Visited this Roosters as I've found the chain to be a good place to catch a game I can't watch otherwise. Staff were very helpful and made sure we got the game where we were sitting. Our waitress was outstanding. Food was good and overall a great experience (except we lost the game ?).

Server was great!, the food not so much, wings were just ok barely any "flavor" and were served a few degrees over room temp...and the trash can fries? yuck, basically again the same a s the wings, little flavor, what appeared to be processed nacho cheese thrown on top, "bacon bits" chives...again served a few degrees above room temp, even HOT they would not of been impressive...I usually give places a 2nd chance but not this one...got home and feel like I a cement block sitting in my stomach, wife feels same way, just not worth 31,00 for 10 wings(5 each), 2 ice teas and an awful appetizer

I've been to about every Roosters and this has to be one of the worst. My parents had said that they always have burnt wings and my first order of wings were burnt and the waitress went and got fresh wings that were worse than the first. The manager came out and said looks like you got some fresh wings when the wings had black marks all over them. I didn't finish them.
Fries were over done and the tenders my parents got were over done.
