Me and my husband just left roosters. I usually visit the one on jackpot rd. In Columbus oh. I love ❤️ them. This one was definitely different. When me and my husband walked in we were acknowledged and told to sit where we wanted. We went outside to sit and from the start it was terrible 😞 the server was rude for no reason while my husband was giving his order she was like um huh 🤔 I’m confused as to why but I never said a word. She asked if we wanted drinks so I asked for lemon water. Not some complicated drink. She leaves comes back and drops all the lemon 🍋 on the ground. Of course she’s mad 😡 now that I asked for them, she picked them Up and comes back a while later with some dirty lemon in a tall cup. The reason I mentioned about the tall cup is because when she initially bought them out and dropped them they were in a small container like it made sense. The tall cup with the dirty ones was just a indication that she put the few that wasn’t fully emerged in dirt in the big cup never even bothered to rinse 🚿 them off not that that would have been ok but shows how she didn’t even have a problem not caring. We had already placed our order or I would have left at that point. My husband gets his food she sits a salad down topped with tons of items I don’t eat and never asked for. When I said to her this is not what I ordered I don’t even eat this. That why I asked for it with the exact items I want. She has the nerve to have a stank attitude. I was in shock 😮 but it’s ok 👌 she just missed a nice tip and I decided to pray for her she could be going Thur something.

Ordered wings to go got home to eat them and they were way overcooked. I did call back to speak to a Manager and she did say she was going to send me a coupon to replace my order. I do appreciate that. I Still get the wings and they are still very good.

Before we sat down, I told the waitress if you are really far behind please let me know. We don’t wanna sit and wait. She said no we’re doing good. We waited 50 minutes for a food and when we got it, it was cold. Ridiculous. don’t go that’s not a good

First time at Roosters, Mansfield,on a Saturday at mid-day. The sit down area of the bar was busy. We sat quickly in the main dining area. The gal that waited on us was busy, but she was quick. I ordered a chicken wrap. It took 45 minutes to get our food. The wrap was mediocre. After waiting that long, THEN management came around asking how everything was. Not impressed with Roosters. Won't be back.
