Waited almost thirty minutes in a non air conditioned room for over priced food that was not good. The potato salad seemed store bought. There were only two styles of BBQ sauce. But the real kicker was the Mac N Cheese.... Which was more like a soup. Hands down the worst I ever had

In town for the 4-day dog shows at the fairgrounds. Four of us had great brisket sandwich dinners with baked beans, mac & cheese, slaw, corn bread. We had the traditional sauce, mine with a double shot of habañero in my sauce. We were given generous portions of brisket. The two owners were very friendly and enjoyed talking about dogs with us! A++++

Phoned in a pickup order for lunch here today. It's the second time I've eaten here. This round was definitely better than the first.

I ordered a brisket sandwich, with a side of baked beans, mac 'n cheese, and a strawberry shortcake dessert. Nothing disappointed, but one item stood apart from the rest.

Let's start with the sides. The baked beans have a sweet and smoky flavor to them. They we thick and rich, and with the traditional BBQ sauce on the brisket, was bordering on being too sweet together.

The mac 'n cheese was tasty. It also had a smokey flavor to it. I could be mistaken, but it tastes different than I remember the last time I was here. Granted, that was a year and a half ago, so I could be mistaken. But maybe they have changed their recipe. If so, good for them. Cause this is far better than I remember it being.

The strawberry shortcake was delish. Really happy with it. Strawberries were fresh, the shortcake had the perfect texture and flavor, and they didn't skimp on the whipped cream. Loved it.

The brisket sandwich though was the best by far. I ordered it with the traditional sauce. My only wish is there was a sauce option with more heat to it. That would be better with the sweet and smokey baked beans.

But the brisket itself was cooked wonderfully. And the sauce is straightforward and delicious.

Very happy with my lunch today. And for $19.99, I feel it was a really good value.

Will be back again in the near future to try out more.

1st & last time

Awesome food!!! We had the brisket, pulled pork, potato salad, cornbread and baked beans. No complaints at all. Will definitely go back.

Great BBQ

Smokin Bros catered our annual ghost hunt at the Ohio State Reformatory and everything was phenomenal! The brisket, pork, mac and cheese, and beans were out of this world delicious. They even gave us plates, napkins, plastic ware, and serving utensils. I highly recommend these guys.

How old were those 2 large brisket chili's I bought yesterday using Door Dash?
Was terrible. So freaking thick. Like paste. Yuck. $30 bucks for 2 large OLD chili's? I bought 2 thinking in a day or so I'd eat the rest. It would be spoiled by then.
You passed off some 5-6 day old chili.
It's so thick it won't even begin to spill.

Beware. He's closed few days a week. You might get some old a$$ freaking food.
Disappointed to say the least.
Serve FRESH or don't serve at all. Nobody wants your week old food. I know I don't.

We stopped here for an early dinner on the way out of town after visiting the Ohio State Reformatory. It was a Sunday, so there were limited options, but I'm so glad we picked this spot!

Incredible food and friendly staff! They had a food truck parked in the parking lot too, so keep an eye out for them at events!

Excellent brisket. The beans and mac and cheese were good as well. I have to admit I was a little nervous eating BBQ that is in front of a Chinese restaurant, but it was excellent. I will be back.

Oh my gosh. I stopped in here and tried their beef brisket. Melt in your mouth tender seasoned perfectly. The gentlemen who were working were also amazing, super friendly and attentive. Seriously if you love MEAT go check this place out.
