Tried this for the first time last weekend. We typically eat at Old 30 because it’s much closer to our home. I even told the guys working that same thing. They were very nice and asked my opinion on the local BBQ. They want to know and serve the best they can. And it was very good. They definitely take their time to cook and know what they’re doing. We got the meat trio (brisket, rib, and pulled pork), mac and cheese, and cornbread. Overall solid. The barbecue sauce was great, without it I thought the food could have been a little more seasoned. The brisket was pretty tender, ribs were seasoned well. Mac and cheese was pretty good too. So was the corn bread.
