Tried to support a local pizza shop on Sunday and placed an order online. It took our order and charged our card and said it would be ready in 40 minutes...even on the app had a spot that told us where they were in the process of our order. Went to Southside to pick it up and there was absolutely no one there...no cars ...no employees! So over an hour of waiting and nothing! Messaged them on FB ...message was read but no comment. Called on Monday and talked to owner.....NO...read full review

Not only is the food very delicious, the staff is amazing and go above and beyond!!! Can't beat the prices either! Great place for lunch or dinner!!

Southside Pizza & Drive Thru is under new ownership and is now considered the best pizza in Mansfield. The food is great, fantastic, and excellent, with specific praise for the old world pepperoni pizza, the garlic strips, and the cheesy bread. The wings are perfectly cooked and the thin crust pizza is crispy, cheesy, and on point. A 17-inch pizza is noted for having cheesy galore and generous toppings, better than most around Ohio. Prices are reasonable for the proportions. The new owners are great, as nice as they come, and truly care about quality and service. Customer service is friendly and down to earth, with staff making things right if any order issues occur. It is a new go-to pizza place, highly recommended for a great overall experience, though ordering ahead is advised as it takes about 25 minutes.
