Did you switch ownership? We love love loved the Stromboli from here. However we we just recently got some and it was Horrible! It was not the same! No cheese on top and about half the size as they use to be. We will not be ordering again!

New owners and their pizza is now the best in Mansfield. Definitely try the old world pepperoni on the pizza and get the garlic strips, they are excellent.

The new owner has been there every time I have went there and is as nice as they come. He truly cares about the quality of food and service and it shows. If you had a bad experience in the past I highly recommend you trying Southside again, you won't be disappointed!

The new owners are great! My husband and I ordered subs. We were unfortunately missing an ingredient but they made it right. Thank you! The food is great and so is their customer service. 10 out of 10

Ordered a baco Italian sub and there was no bacon ,maybe 3 banana peppers and olives. Tasted not good at all.

My wife and daughter went here tonight to pick up dinner, the pizza and cheesy bread was fantastic and the prices are reasonable in relation to the proportions, took a while for them to get home because they had the order wrong but no big deal, it happens and the food was definitely worth the wait. Our new go to pizza place for sure.

Wow!! Ordered a 17 inch pizza from this drive thru and this pizza was better than most I have had around Ohio. Cheesy galore and not shy with the toppings I am a customer for life everytime I am going through this area. If you love pizza, stop off and try this one!!! Order ahead, it takes about 25 minutes.

Awesome pizza

I came in today, looking for a lunch special. I caught it kind of late, but they were really friendly in the drive-through. Just a great overall experience. The lady in the black shirt is really down to earth you can tell she has her best intentions for her customers, I will definitely be back as a return customer.

Tried to support a local pizza shop on Sunday and placed an order online. It took our order and charged our card and said it would be ready in 40 minutes...even on the app had a spot that told us where they were in the process of our order. Went to Southside to pick it up and there was absolutely no one there...no cars ...no employees! So over an hour of waiting and nothing! Messaged them on FB ...message was read but no comment. Called on Monday and talked to owner.....NO apology or NO explanation or nothing to try to make things right except giving my $$ back-which I had to drive back over to Southside to pick it up! There are so many other local pizza shops in the Madison community that strive on customer service.! Unfortunately Southside Pizza does not. Will not be ordering again!
