As a human who is not from the area and was visiting, I made a mistake and placed my order at the wrong location- and though it is very appreciated that Brittany the Barista did make the drinks for us, she was so absurdly rude to me. I was genuinely shocked at her horrible attitude. I hope she doesn’t frequently make customers feel less than human as she did to me this morning. -a small town girl from Indiana :)

While the drinks were up to standard for the most part.. why is a single drink $9?? I had also asked for a trenta dragon drink with no ice and they asked if I wanted to fill the rest of the cup up with the drink for an extra dollar?? Does asking for no ice really come out of the employees’ paychecks because that is beyond sad.

Workers made fun of my drink as I was standing there waiting. Something along the lines of "who even orders that." A lot of talk for them to still completely make my drink wrong. That is the third time I go and my drink is NOT good. Most of the time I don't make big deals of these things and was willing to take the loss but 3 strikes of my EXSPENSIVE drink not being something I want to drink and the disrespect was just uncalled for. Will NOT be going back. I'd say save your money before going here. Felt like a total waste of my money and my time.

This is probably the 4th or 5th time I’ve showed up- the Starbucks is OPEN, but the opener gets there late and just decides they’re not opening until 7am. Really unprofessional and I’m getting tired of it

Drink was made totally wrong. The barista had no idea how to help us with the app. Absolutely disgusting coffee for six dollars. Avoid this Starbucks at all costs!Answer to response: We were a few miles away when we tasted the drink. Additionally, the barista was not knowledgeable, nor was she interested in helping either of us. I stand by my review.
