Theyre usually pretty quick to make the drinks but I went in on my break, mind you i only get half hour breaks, I ordered online and I was waiting for 20 minutes before I left so I could buy my food and eat. There were a couple people who ordered after me, and got there drinks first. There were also 5 people working and none of them were working with any hustle even though when I first walked in there were a few large groups getting drinks. I work at a salon at that strip and I will be going to Ontario from now on. That was ridiculous.

I ordered a cold drink because that’s all I ever drink from Starbucks. Was given a hot drink and then told I didn’t order a cold drink while the barista stared at me like I was the problem. Hell yeah, thanks.

This is not the baristas fault, but they had one person working and it took 45 minutes from the time I got in line to the time I got my drink. I was standing in line for over half an hour and they had ONE person working. That’s setting them up for failure. The two people in front of me ordered a total of over 20 drinks between the two of them. I felt so bad for her. They need to have a limit on how many drinks one person can order in person if they are only going to have one person working
Edit- it’s now been over 1 hour. This is honestly ridiculous.

I just went up to the counter to ask about my tea, she forgot to make it…she said “I’m so happy you said something”

the morning staff on 7/25/25 at 630 am had pre-made espresso shots. Room temperature. Just sitting there...i watched her make my latte with a container on the shelf. Nothing was brewed. It tasted awful.

The morning staff is trash. They will finish there conversation before waiting on you and have an attitude with you because you don't know what you want. I don't even want to come in here anymore. It is every time I come in.

1/5/25 evening. My drink was made wrong. I ordered a pink drink to be made with sweet cream instead of coconut milk. The drink on the counter was a pink drink with sweet cream cold foam on top. which is not what i ordered. I asked the lady to remake it and she simply poured the cold foam off the top. I can taste the coconut milk in it, and can see where the cold foam was in the cup.

The two ladies on new years day is awful. Please pull cameras. Been here twice today and both times the two ladies were extremely rude to everyone! Someone needs to look at this. Awful. Both my drinks even after being remade was still... wrong
Staff was rude and not friendly at all. They also never have the grilled cheese sandwiches. Every time I go here, I arrive happy and leave wanting to throw myself in front of a schoolbus full of children.

If I could give zero stars I would! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS STARBUCKS!! I don’t even know where to begin. The baristas were more concerned with talking to each other than taking my order. I was the only one in line and I thought great because I was traveling and wanted to get back on the road, but they just stood there talking and didn’t want to acknowledge my existence. After finally taking my order they went back to talking and just standing there in no hurry to make my drink, and then about 5 minutes later more customers came up and ordered. They proceeded to make their drinks, and after making five other customers drinks, they finally made mine. It was the WORST coffee I have ever had!! They do not know what they are doing or how to make the drinks properly. I also watched them carry the drinks from one station to the other with their fingers down the glass. ? There was so much more that was wrong..definitely the worst experience I have ever had!
