it took 30 whole minutes to make two drinks, i ordered online but everybody who ordered in person got their drink before me. my coffee was supposed to have whipped cream, but they didn’t put it AND left about an inch of room at the top. the espresso shot tasted burnt. don’t come here if you want good coffee on time.

Since the chain remodled its a poor drive thru.I so do miss having a place to sit and visit with my daughter,or a friend day having a snack and coffee.Now to do a daughter or friends day we have to go to Wooster.
Crazy that you only want to employ 1 poor girl to serve all these people. Just goes to show how little you care about your customers and how much you care about profits #

Ive been going to this Starbucks for years and have little to no bad things to say about this! I'm a regular and the employees are very friendly and understanding and the drinks I've order there are super sweet, 100% recommend!
Workers are rude and unprofessional. There are the longest lines no matter when I drop by and they are ALWAYS out of ingredients. Just go to the one at Barnes and Noble. A lot less crowded and they actually have enough ingredients to make what you order.

Its a Starbucks stand. You kinda know what to expect. Overpriced koffe & a little bit of a wait cuz every one loves Starbucks. I don't think anyone hangs out for the atmosphere; just give me my fix & ill be on me way TY!!!! The staff here are friendly & quicker than most.
