Went through the drive through today. Greeted with the best energy i have ever experienced! The guys name was Jacob and he NEEDS a raise. Genuinely made my day, he was the nicest person i’ve ever met and the coffee was fire, tasted amazing and made exactly how i imagined it!!

Walked in there, one person acknowledged us. The red head behind the register never looked up never said a word of be right with nothing. Was I'm assuming ringing up her order... Walked away with nothing said. I turned around told me husband nevermind and we left.

Absolutely horrendous wait times. You can wait in the line outside for upwards of 20 to 30 minutes on the wrong day. And if you think you’re clever, putting a pick up order in instead even on a moderately busy day, it still takes forever. It’s not all the time but it’s VERY frequent

I typically go to this Starbucks the most. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I got a pumpkin crème cold brew and a Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino for my Fiancé and I. Both tasted amazing and just right. What I believe was the manager Sara today was super kind and productive. She remained calm and collected during the rush of customers and orders coming in, but got the job done. She did like four things at once and still remained calm. Sara even asked how to spell my name despite the rush. Thank you!

I did a mobile order for pickup inside because I had no time to wait in the drive thru today. I park and the door is locked. I'm looking at my drink on the counter. I have to wait in the 8ish car long drive thru for my order. Please let customers know via the app prior to ordering that a service is unavailable. I would not have ordered today.

They have a register but they openly state it takes time to get there.
