Drive through/ order ahead format only.

They have a register but they openly state it takes time to get there.

Iced Chai tea cinnamon dolce is my all time favorite! We walked in, the drive-thru was very busy. It took a long minute to be served, but I could see how well all the employees worked together. I don't care for the take out and online orders sitting on the front counter. Anyone could grab your order and walk out with it.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve traveled a lot for work so SBUX is my go to, but do not go to this one if you’re in a hurry. Pretty sure a black coffee will take 15 minutes. Mobile ordering does nothing to speed up the process. I worked at Starbucks in college and I don’t understand how a store can be this dysfunctional.

I came with a friend and ordered our usual drinks (strawberry açaí refresher and an iced passion tea) they were extremely watered down and had no flavor. I am never one to leave a negative review, but we were very disappointed for spending that amount on these.

Drinks were okay, had some pretty rude service and probably won't be returning in a while. Placed an order online, waited over 20 minutes to go in, still had to wait another 20. I understand things are busy but the workers did not help.

Went to Starbucks today and placed a mobile order, didn’t wait to long but I am APPALLED that I spent $6.25 and my coffee is a little more than HALF full. I got a venti white chocolate mocha hot, and to say I’m disappointed does not measure how upset I am. It looks like they originally had my coffee in a grande cup but forgot it was a venti so they just switched cups and prayed I didn’t notice.

Staff was rude and not friendly at all. They also never have the grilled cheese sandwiches. Every time I go here, I arrive happy and leave wanting to throw myself in front of a schoolbus full of children

I keep hoping this place improves but it just isn’t happening. I have had a few experiences of ordering with the app and a couple different scenarios take place.
1) I have ordered pick up and the app says it’s ready and I get to the door and a sign says I have to go through the drive thru line. I HAVE to go through the car line when I order to pick up inside? How am I supposed to time that kind of pick up? The car line is always long and slow. 10-15 cars
2) This just happened today. Drive by the door first to make sure there was no sign and there wasn’t. I ordered and when I paid on the app it said “see you in 30-35 minutes”! I’ve never seen such a thing. I called in to have my order deleted as I had somewhere to go out of town. The nice person who answered confirmed that it would be that long and I asked to cancel my order. She said they can’t do it and I would have to call customer service.
I’m real sorry that this local shop is having such difficulty. I was also told that they don’t allow someone ordering with the app the option to order featured items that way. You have to do it inside. Now today the features were available but there was that super long wait.
The owner of this store responds to some reviews but it’s disappointing that they are canned responses.
The workers must have a hard time with all this. They have been polite and I appreciate that. But something needs to be done by the owner to give a better experience to their customers and I’m imagining, the employees.
