In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

I typically go to this Starbucks the most. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I got a pumpkin crème cold brew and a Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino for my Fiancé and I. Both tasted amazing and just right. What I believe was the manager Sara today was super kind and productive. She remained calm and collected during the rush of customers and orders coming in, but got the job done. She did like four things at once and still remained calm. Sara even asked how to spell my...

I did a mobile order for pickup inside because I had no time to wait in the drive thru today. I park and the door is locked. I'm looking at my drink on the counter. I have to wait in the 8ish car long drive thru for my order. Please let customers know via the app prior to ordering that a service is unavailable. I would not have ordered today.
