We ate our first time at Steve's Dakota grill about 3 weeks ago. We really enjoyed it. The service was great. The food was good, our 2-year-old had fun. So we went back tonight for a second visit. Even better than the first!!! Our waitress was training another waitress, and they both did a phenomenal job! I think the fish was better tonight than the first time we went. It's a hit and miss. If they aren't busy then everything comes out hot and tastes great, but as soon as a rush hits, the food quality goes down quickly. Under cooked rolls and bland food. I know it's like that at most places, but you can tell the difference immediately here. Go during the week if you want the best experience, and stay away from here on a holiday.

My husband had the prime rib and I had the bourbon apple chicken. We also had the calamari appetizer. First off, the portions are BIG! Our server was attentive and offered good suggestions. My chicken was done perfectly and the Brie, bacon and apples were a nice addition to it. My husbands prime rib was huge and he took 1/3 of it home. We both got the broccoli side and a salad. For this much food, the price seemed really inexpensive.
