We had a reservation, for a party of 7, at 5pm on Valentine's Day. The table we were sat at had only 5 chairs and we had to wait for the table next to us to leave in order for us to sit down. We then took a chair from that table to seat our 7th person. 2 kids, both wanted milkshakes and they said they were out of ice cream...on Valentine's Day at 5! Then they brought out rolls and I formed us that one of their ovens was broken so they had to microwave the rolls. The rolls were not even like warm and the butter didn't melt in them. We ordered. 20 minutes later the waitress came out and said they were out of the tilapia. So my oldest son ordered something else. She comes out again 15 minutes later and says they are out of bacon so the appetizers and baked potatoes would t have bacon on them. She brings out our stuffed mushrooms, which were cold. We finally get our food. The shrimp was cold and the mashed potatoes were so scalding hot you couldn't even eat them. The filet was barely warm and there was no sour cream on any of the loaded potatoes. We assumed they were out as well. $150 check and we had to get the kids Subway after because they didn't want cold food or rolls. This is normally my favorite restaurant for steaks, but never again. They should have said before we sat that they were out of so much and were down an oven. We won't be going back. The poor waitress tried, but she was obviously frustrated and therefore not attentive or nice.

All 4 of our sweet potatoes were burnt black as a cook and a waitress in the past that should have never left the kitchen like that I feel the cook and the waitress were at fault to even serve them I made sure the waitress was aware of it but there was no resolution to make sure we were satisfied before we left I didn't want to be a KAREN about it but they should have adjusted the bill at the least.

The Thanksgiving meal was fantastic! My lady friend and I have never tasted ham that good! The down was the Kaiser bread rolls. They were not even warmed up, weary and colorless on the top.
