I have never been treated so bad in my life. She was disgusted right at the start that she had to make my food. I ordered honey mustard bbq sub and told her I wanted it exactly how it advertised. She put mayonnaise on it instead of honey mst and I said I never said mayonnaise and she ordered other girl to come wait on me then told me she could refuse me all together and I told her it’s your call and kicked me out! Subs was already made. Guess she wanted to eat them herself. Looks like she does that often.

We stopped at this subway on our way to Cleveland. The restaurant was very clean, and food was exactly as ordered and fresh! The employees were prompt and courteous. I would definitely stop here again.

If you place an order at this location, expect to be disappointed. On multiple occasions I've placed an order on the app and have had to wait for a excessive amount of time after receiving confirmation that my order was ready for pickup. Most recently I waited 20 minutes after receiving confirmation and the quality of my food was pitiful. I'm not sure if its poor management or being short staffed, but if I'm paying $10+ for a sandwich I expect something better!

I had a note on my order that they paid no attention to it. When I said something about it, she told me I don't see the notes when it's clearly on the top of the order receipt in bold letters. I didn't want the sauce on my sandwich, and it was toasted when it was marked as untoasted.
