If you place an order at this location, expect to be disappointed. On multiple occasions I've placed an order on the app and have had to wait for a excessive amount of time after receiving confirmation that my order was ready for pickup. Most recently I waited 20 minutes after receiving confirmation and the quality of my food was pitiful. I'm not sure if its poor management or being short staffed, but if I'm paying $10+ for a sandwich I expect something better!

I had a note on my order that they paid no attention to it. When I said something about it, she told me I don't see the notes when it's clearly on the top of the order receipt in bold letters. I didn't want the sauce on my sandwich, and it was toasted when it was marked as untoasted.

Gary and Jackson were amazing and my sub was the best one yet. Each and every ingredient is fresh and bread toasted to perfection. I happened to arrive during a big rush, they were calm, pleasant and even took the time to check on food allergies. I will definitely be stopping back by this location on my travels. No photo, was too hungry. Pics next time, just trust me this is one of THEE best subways I've been to in 20 years. I even decided to dine-in instead of eating in car. Clean establishment and filtered air system.
Worse Subway in the area! Bread is always so hard that the bread crumbles. Bread was still in cooling racks. Ordered 2 foot longs on line. They got both breads wrong and of course, bread was hard as a rock. I took my receipt in showed the guy , who claims he’s a manager lol I asked who the manager and owner was he said, you don’t need to know that. The music was so loud and un-tasteful . Him and hisEmployees need to pay attention and turn that awful gosh music off !! I see this Subway closing soon! It’s hard to even rate them a one . Rant over

Went in to order and use restrooms. They were filthy. Sinks were dirty, no towels, stuff on floors, soap dispenser front was off. We figured if both restrooms were that dirty then we sure weren’t going to order any food from there. We walked out.

This is one of the worst Subways I've ever been to. Let me paint you the picture:Myself and family of 5 walk into the Subway, there's a large puddle of water in the middle of the room, no sign of the source, just water, with a "Wet Floor" sign. One employee, we'll call "D" (for displeasure), is sitting by the drive-thru window, staring at her phone, never acknowledges us....coo, I didn't know what I wanted to eat yet anyways. After a realistic 3 minutes, she lazily walks over as she shows her displeasure for whatever she was doing on her phone...."what can I get ya?". An older lady "J" and young man "T" walkout from the back and start to help take out order. My daughter wanted a turkey and cheese.....are you ready for this?.....J said, "We're out of turkey, I haven't had time to slice more".....WOW. Ok, how about pepperoni on wheat? Her reply, "We're out of wheat". SMH (shaking my head; for the older crowd)Fast forward to the facilities; puddle on the floor already mentioned, every trashcan completely full....it's noon! D decides to peel off and work on an online order and completely disregard the customers in front of her, coo. J will figure it out, because T is standing at the register like the only thing he knows how to do is push buttons....but I digress.-sink in the Men's restroom is clogged-soap dispenser is held together with tapeI will avoid this Subway anytime I pass through this area.
