Disappointed in this subway twice now. Normally coming through here as a halfway point on the way to New York. Dining room was filthy. Also, during lunch hour, they had no bread left. They didn’t have the same options available online (chip/drink wise).

Using same dirty knife for the last hundred sandwiches covered in other peoples food residue. Is it intentional because no normal person would use a dirty knife covered in residue to serve someone in their own family especially truckers who don’t want to get sick. I kept a sample in the plastic baggy.

Was waiting looking around yelling hello even in the back looking for someone. A girl pops up and looks like she’s annoyed I’m there and says I was in the bathroom and walks to the back. When she finally comes to take my order she tells me no bread no wraps just flat bread. So I figure out what I want she starts making my food and the phone rings. I watched her lol on a personal call over my food then she started touching my meat after touching the stores phone. I said throw it away and walked out. I was beyond frustrated I worked all day was tired and this was the closest thing to real food that was opened. I will never go back to that location that was my first and last time!!!
The lady who made my sandwich was amazing, she had been working there for a long time amd really gave me tons of onion and jalapeño as I requested... she is a true sandwich artist!! Thank you!!! I wish i had gotten your name, my parents (that I rarely see these days) truly enjoyed their subs too. So did my daughter... it was an excellent choice for lunch!! GARLIC AOLI!!!!

The employees here were extremely nice and polite. However subway itself seems to be stuck behind the times. Part of what I ordered online was unavailable. They couldn't refund me. That is so ridiculous that subway doesn't allow the store to issue a refund but instead inconveniences the customer and makes them call a hotline to get a refund. That's fantastic when you are traveling ? when I arrived 15 minutes after my order should have been ready they hadn't even started. I do completely understand that part tho as they are in a very busy travel center off the expressway. Employees get 5 stars for being nice. Subway itself 0
