The last 2 previous visits were 5 stars for everyone working, who was preparing sandwiches with perfection and with a decent and brief chit chat.

Worst experience at a subway ever. The employees both had a shitty attitude about doing their job. I simply asked them to change the meat choice on a online order that I order while I was at the store to apply a promo code to the order and they are telling me that they can not put chicken instead of turkey on the sub.đ The employees were disrespectful as all get out. I will never be coming back to this subway. The managers name who was in charge is named âKeeâ. If youâre going to work fast food or customer service at least come to work not having a shitty attitude or donât show up at all.

The staff here today was absolutely wonderful. Polite, fast & even cut up the bacon & tomatoes unlike other stores. Excellent service

Just paid out the nose for the convenience of getting my food delivered to me but the wonderful workers at the store got 2 of our sandwiches wrong. And yeah it was subways fault. The package was delivered intact by the driver.

General Manager Had Personal Cellphone On Prep Table Making A Catering Order Texting On Her Phone
When Called Out Said She Didn't Have To Listen To Us And That We Could Go Somewhere Else
FYI Cellphones Are Considered Dirtier Than A Toilet Seat So Whoever Got Catered 5/20 round 2-3pm Your Food Is Tolietastic The Manager Hair Wasn't Combed She Looked A Mess She Smelled Like Cigarettes And Stale Coffee Her Uniform Was Dirty Just A Mess

Tonight was a great visit. 2 ladies and a gentlemen working over his shift because they were so busy. What a team! Great attitudes, and wonderful service. I had 2 footlongs and a flat bread. Tried the cheesy garlic steak add mayo as the lady suggested and it was delicious. I hope the manager really treats these employees with the respect they deserve.

I absolutely adore subway. But Miss Rosa apparently does not. I am so sorry that her life is hard and that she hates her job. Everyone is having a hard time Miss Rosa. Everybody's life is facing problems. There is no reason to be rude and aggressive to customers and be hostile. You have a pretty face but a ugly attitude.

Terrible subway. Asked for spinach the gal put 3 leaves of spinach on my sandwich giving attitude and while I kept it professional with her she just wanted to argue with me every step of the way. Ordered online and arrives 25 minutes later and they had not even started the order.
I came in this morning to order a sub the Hispanic lady that works there was automatically rude. Didnât even smile or ask how I was doing. She was rude the entire experience until I walked out the door politely, she said the entire time. Have a good day. she didnât add The garlic aĂŻoli sauce on the garlic steak sub, which was the entire reason I ordered it. Her rudeness made it to where I couldnât even concentrate on ordering what I wanted. wonât be back. hire more friendly ppl, itâs fast food if your mad about your job get another. one !!!!!!
would be nice if you could actually order at the drive thru. keep getting told that they are busy and I need to come in. then I go around the building and see an employee outside on the phone. Just ended up leaving. I used to come here 1-2 times a week for lunch. now I remember why I stopped

probably the rudest staff iâve ever encountered, i placed an order at 11:40 to be picked up at 12:05 and i got there and my order wasnât down by 12:20. came in and my order wasnât done and the didnât say anything. and then she said she was gonna work slow on my order so when i asked for it to be canceled she was EXTREMELY rude. i asked for the corporate number i was told they didnât have one like what a joke. then when i asked for a manager she was extremely rude. i called back asking for the general manager and got hung up on and told to not call back. extremely unprofessional and disgusting as someone who has worked fast food.
