Once we arrived we were greeted by Toni. She was friendly, helpful, and patient as we placed our order. Toni is a Rockstar!

Got a protein bowl for the first time and it was quite good. Will buy one again some day. Love that I can order on the app and pick up.
I just went yesterday got a Phil steak it messed my stomach up so bad I'll probably never eat subway again I had to leave work because my stomach it's the next morning and stomach still fell horrible

Lady literally was making sandwiches with gloves and her phone on the food line…she was scrolling her phone making food, disgusting! Ask the kid working about a special he said yes the sub I was getting was included then proceeded to ring the order up and it was significantly more than the sale price…when I inquired, he said “oh yeah it’s not for that sub” like complete joke

This might be the last time I visit this restaurant.
I’m a big fan of Subway, but this particular location has staff who show no respect — as if you’re getting the food for free.
The customer service is zero, and every time I tell myself to give them another chance, I notice the same thing: the staff here don’t seem to understand what customer service means.
I won’t be coming back, and I’ll go to other restaurants where the staff at least smile at their customers.

The service at this subway is awful. They're rude. They have a drive-thru, but don't plan on using it to pick up orders unless you've got an extra 30mins to wait.. they offer doordash/delivery, but then don't wait on the drive thru window so drivers leave without your order.

The last 2 previous visits were 5 stars for everyone working, who was preparing sandwiches with perfection and with a decent and brief chit chat.

Worst experience at a subway ever. The employees both had a shitty attitude about doing their job. I simply asked them to change the meat choice on a online order that I order while I was at the store to apply a promo code to the order and they are telling me that they can not put chicken instead of turkey on the sub.👎 The employees were disrespectful as all get out. I will never be coming back to this subway. The managers name who was in charge is named “Kee”. If you’re going to work fast food or customer service at least come to work not having a shitty attitude or don’t show up at all.

The staff here today was absolutely wonderful. Polite, fast & even cut up the bacon & tomatoes unlike other stores. Excellent service

Just paid out the nose for the convenience of getting my food delivered to me but the wonderful workers at the store got 2 of our sandwiches wrong. And yeah it was subways fault. The package was delivered intact by the driver.

Tonight was a great visit. 2 ladies and a gentlemen working over his shift because they were so busy. What a team! Great attitudes, and wonderful service. I had 2 footlongs and a flat bread. Tried the cheesy garlic steak add mayo as the lady suggested and it was delicious. I hope the manager really treats these employees with the respect they deserve.

I absolutely adore subway. But Miss Rosa apparently does not. I am so sorry that her life is hard and that she hates her job. Everyone is having a hard time Miss Rosa. Everybody's life is facing problems. There is no reason to be rude and aggressive to customers and be hostile. You have a pretty face but a ugly attitude.
