What is wrong with Subway. I pass the Lexington Subway because it's absolutely disgusting in side, dirty worker's not clean. And the food is OLD.so I thought I would try the one on Lexington Avenue. A lot cleaner. But really the bread is so hard the meat portion is small all you taste is the fixings that you request. Now I can say Ill never step into another Subway. Can we get a Mr HERO on this side of town!!!!!!!!

Went in to order and best experience at Subway I had in a while. Brittany helped me figure out how to get a better bang for my buck and was very polite. Will be returning to this Subway.

Takes easyyyy too long to get a single sandwich mainly because they usually only have 1 person working, and if you DD from this store, the food is always wrong. Ordered my sandwich toasted, wasn't toasted, half the toppings I asked for was missing and it had mayo on half the sandwich and just a tiny bit at that. This store needs to step it up.

The veggies were not fresh and you could tell that and no crushed Alvarado. They would not let me see the meats either....had the steel thing up where you could not see the meats or cheese.

I cannot explain how much I appreciated the quality of service provided by 2 employees! The restrooms were cleaned while there (immaculately!) But Kaianna and Dani were absolutely amazing!!! I wish I can give a review that went to subway directly! It was such a great experience overall!

In town visiting family and came here two days in a row for a quick and relatively healthy lunch. The same two women were working both days. Both were extremely unfriendly and were borderline rude. They shorted me on cheese. I've been getting the steak and cheese for as long as I can remember and know a foot long gets four pieces of cheese. I got four yesterday but she only put three pieces on today.

They just seem miserable and make customers feel like they're annoying them by coming in and ordering food. Now I will say this is a pretty common theme I see at many Subways. So I'm just assuming Subway is not the best place to work, or they just don't hire the most friendly people to be customer facing.

Tried to go in for lunch, the employee was more concerned with talking to her co-worker than starting our order. After about 5 minutes of standing with only one other customer in the shop we left. It was exactly 12 when I walked in they should be ready for a lunch rush, schedule a manager.

This is literally the worst subway in the area. Mobile ordering is a joke, they're never right. Would give 0 stars if I could. Just shut this one down, we'll be going to the one down the road from now on.

Ordered 2 subs on line and both were not made correctly but the receipt was correct. We had order delivered by Door Dash. When contacting the store and requesting a Manager was told no manager at the store, when asking for someone in charge the person on the phone said we needed to contact Doordash, the employee continued to argue that it was Doordashes problem although they made the subs incorrectly. Employee hung up on us. Upon wrapping the subs up hair was noticed in one sub. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR FOOD. Go to Park Ave Subway in the future. 1 star because I can't give a zero star.
