Not very friendly. Disappointed in service. Came for the foot long nachos was told they no longer offer that but it's on the menu board and online as well. Not to mention surrounding subways still serving (called two to verify). Ordered a pizza to split with wife and by time I could tell her any toppings other than pepperoni she was cooking it. Find better staff or training for sure

The young man working this evening Domonique did an amazing job. He was friendly and the dining area was clean. My husband was impressed with his sub the was made. Good job Dominique.

Second I walked in my experience was ruined with attitude and haste, which then led to my order being incorrect due to me being rushed though the process. Staff is in no way personable and is in my opinion the absolute worst representation possible for a business…won’t be returning unless a staff change is announced

I don't normally complain but I'll be honest. I did a mobile order and I asked for extra vegetables and didn't get any, I barely got any actually. They also forgot the cheese on my foot long. Also I ordered a Annie's pretzel stick. It was stale it had no flavor, it was like easting cardboard. (So save your money). I called the store about my sandwich after I got home. I live north of the Air Force base in Mansfield. They said I should have opened and checked the sandwich curbside. 😂 I told them that they could just admit that they messed up and owe me a sandwich but they hung up on me. Very rude, unprofessional. Parking lot is pothole city, so you'll need an alignment when your done driving through there. Just avoid it.
Jessica has great customer service. She talked and laughed with us. Made a loaded sub cause I put her to the test with all veggies. She didn't hesitate to cut my sandwich in 4's and add tomato and mayo to only the 1/4. She also put our names them.

They don't clean their tables and don't sweep floor. This is unsanitary for people to be eating at. Gnats is flying everywhere. In their cookie trays they have a lot of gnats crawling on the cookies. I would never eat here

Not even open yet. Hours of operation on google says 9. It is 9:41 now. There is no sign for hours that I can see posted. Service normally stinks with unfriendly service.

Rudest most unprofessional staff I've ever dealt with aside from the 1 guy that came out and helped me even though he seemed to be super new and was struggling. For some unknown reason I guess this location tells staff to all go on break together because I had an online order that was supposed to be done at 7 so I could grab it after groceries and go home. 7:10 I go over and nothing is ready and 3 workers are sitting at a table talking and eating not paying any mind to me. 5 minutes later a guy comes out and asks what was going on which i tell him about my order and nothing had been done at all so I had to wait an extra 10 minutes on top of all the talking and waiting already to grab the sandwiches and get home. Very ridiculous if you left everything to one person so that 3 woman could sit around and talk.
Doesn’t except subway coupons when it’s legit a subway that’s a one star for me!
Rang bell numerous times while in my lunch break and no one came out to serve me. I wasted almost 10 minutes of my lunch break just waiting for someone to come out from the back to take my order. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this location.
