I went and the cheesy gordita crunch I got didn't taste like other taco bells... It was not good. Nor did they have the new crunch wrap sliders which were the biggest pictures item on the menu but they didn't tell me until I got to the window. The new caliente cantina chicken burrito was good. But I love me some taco bell so I'll give it another shot. I'll update if that experience is better.

The 2 girls in the kitchen insist what they make is the correct item. Wrong, make it how it's ordered or get another job.

I have not felt so disrespected in my life, I had came in today for a remake of an order made on new years eve, had called last night to confirm the remake, but they refused to remake it on the apparent word of the gm, claiming that the order wasn't wrong/incorrect. I wouldn't have walked all that way in the cold if the food wasn't right, I will no longer be ordering from this location, the gm lied to save her butt, the worse service I've ever had, the gm needs to get there act together and quit screwing customers over, and now owe me $53

The last time we got an order (12/31/24) our whole order was wrong.
Went through the drive thru and was missing the sour cream for one of my quesadillas. I came inside and respectfully asked for the sour cream I was missing, I get mistakes happen, I wasn’t upset in the slightest. Whoever the woman was working in the kitchen on the night of December 26th around 5:20 in the evening was extremely rude to me and had a nasty attitude with the girl working the drive thru who was trying to remedy the situation and handed her a cup of sour cream and nastily said “here give it to her I guess” and proceeded to argue that she definitely put the sour cream in the bag and didn’t know what I was talking about, and just kept huffing and puffing under her breath about it, seemed way too agitated over a silly side of sour cream. That’s a lot of audacity to talk smack about customers while they’re still standing there and can hear you.

I ordered one burrito and a drink and it took them 25-30 minutes to make it, then had the order bagged and sitting in the back just chilling. The employees are moving like the sloth from zootopia and they were just chit chatting. Overall never going back.

I've never had any issues with this taco bell. They're pretty quick for being busy all the time. Doordash does take a while of waiting. Note: after close observation, I found that there may be a bit of cross contamination within the cook. I observed that the cook went from the kitchen area to the dining room or whatever you call it and outside all while wearing white gloves for food handling and went back to the kitchen after having a break for a little bit and proceeded to use the same gloves to prep and make food once more. Otherwise I think this is a great place, but that issue needs to be addressed quickly.
