Had two door dash orders had to wait a total of 20 mins because they wanna listen to music and take drive thru orders first and not get the door dash orders out at an appropriate time now I'm going to have to call door dash support and dispute the fact of why two peoples orders were late bc they don't care about their job so that makes everyone else late especially door dash!

I want to give this a 1 star bc of the AI. I hate it. It doesn't give you time to look over the menu and it misunderstands what your saying so it adds wrong items. You can tell it to take items off so thats good I guess but I want to be able to talk to a real person. Wich leads me to why I gave a 2 star, the workers could tell I was struggling with the AI and jumped on and finished my order for me. The girls were so nice. I would rather give my money to those who work hard instead of a computer.

I thought this place was awful when you had to go yourself, but now that DoorDash GeoFences you into using the nearest location, Ill never eat Taco Bell Again.
Messed up both box meals, Messed up a drink that was supposed to be Diet, and replaced with with normal Baja blast.

Instead of having someone work the drive thru there is now an AI ordering system. I’d rather have human interaction when ordering my food but I guess corporate is too cheap to pay employees. Might help if your chalupas weren’t stale.

Before attending a concert, we decided to get a bite to eat at the Taco Bell right by Crossroad Church ⛪️. It was extremely clean & fast service with self serve kiosks to place your order. As always food tasted great & was nice & hot. We love the cantina specialty items. Not only are they serving the food hot and delicious but the cantina items are spicy 🌶️ good too.
