Jake is the worst manager I've seen at a Taco Bell. He rushes to be as fast as possible without caring about the quality of the food. Multiple times, I've come in and had a great experience with everyone other than him. Anytime my food is made by him, the cheese isn't melted, and the chicken is cold in the middle. I'd rather drive the few miles up to the Taco Bell on ashland rd and pay higher prices than come here.

They have Repeatedly got my order wrong. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first couple times but now I've had it. Do not go to this Taco Bell. They do not take their jobs seriously. And they do not get your orders right. Do not get food at this taco bell.

I absolutely hate going to this location. I have to specify that I want soft potatoes on my Spicy Potato soft taco because they always want to put the burnt pieces on it. Then they will only put 5 potatoes on it. The Park Ave location is the only 1 I have this issue with. That's why if I have time I will drive 15 mins out the way instead of 2 mins down the street. Utter ridiculousness

Go to this location often. I know a few people that work here and it’s really close to my house. This morning (Feb 23 about 1:30am) there was a slender built gentleman with glasses and tattoos taking orders and working the window. We misunderstood each other a few times but he was patient with me, walked me through my order, and ended up hooking me up with the exact deluxe box I was looking for! Really thankful for his kindness.
Ordered 2 Quesadillas and 3 Crunchwraps. Got 2 of the crunchwraps and 1 of my Quesadillas was good and had meat in it, but the other was empty. They couldn't bother to put the chicken inside.
As a dasher this is the most unprofessional restaurant I have ever had to encounter. My girlfriend asked the GM’s name from the staff members. The GM Jake M pulled his shirt off and verbally assaulted her while the rest of his crew Reyes to hold him back from trying to come at me and my partner. They threw us out of the restaurant after Jake M rushed us and then they all followed us to the parking lot verbally harassing us taking pictures of the car ect. Kinda hard to be a successful business with a unprofessional atmosphere This GM is a small kid who is clearly hot headed and unprofessional thinking he can talk down to a female because she asked what the wait was because the drive thru was empty and our app had notified us 5x the food was ready at the location!
