WOW!!! I will have to start driving here if I want Taco Bell. The blonde guy in the drive thru was SO NICE!! So polite and genuine! They made all my food FRESH. And at the quantities they were supposed to be in!! Thank you so much, you guys make a wonderful team & I could tell that when I was doordashing the other day & came here. They all worked so well together & the nice lady with the braids even carried the order to my car for me!!! These people may be young but they give quality service and go above and beyond. You guys deserve a raise!!! I would post pictures but I smashed the food already soooo

I was very impressed with this Taco Bell. They were really friendly. The girl at the counter helped us order, answering questions, and making suggestions. We got our food fast. The dinning room was clean. We have only been there once, because we aren't usually in that part of Mansfield, but I would go out of my way to go to this one.

This Taco Bell was great from what I could see it was extremely clean the staff fast and friendly, I recommend it to anyone looking for some fast food.
Parking: Tons of parking spots and they maintain the parking lot very well.
If I could give zero stars I would! My boyfriend went to order us dinner around 9pm this evening. After waiting at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes with no response he went to the pickup window and saw 2 employees walking and then sitting down in the lobby. Both workers on their phones oblivious or just not caring about customers in the drive thru line. Definitely won’t be returning!!!

I got the dessert, cinnam on delights. They were cold and mushy. Usually this Taco Bell on Lexington avenue, is pretty good though. This was an order very late at night and they probably weren't selling very many of them that late.

I just like taco bell. Especially the Dorito taco Supremes.
What can I say.....it's Taci Bell. Like most of them in the local area they're just ok. Been a real struggle since covid. None of them are back to pre-covid times. No real sense of urgency to wait on customers inside. Ordering from the kiosk doesn't change anything. At least this particular location was fairly friendly and our order was accurate.
I'm still not used to finding a kiosk sans people to order. Our food was ready quickly, and the team member was cordial. It's ridiculous that convo meals are now 10 to 12 dollars.... I guess the higher minimum wage everyone called for really does trickle down....

Visited Lexington Springmill. This is the second time I’ve had a less than ideal experience. After ordering from the auto menu I waited for several minutes. No other people in the restaurant and only 2 cars in the drive through. Employees laughing and having fun but not in any way in a hurry to make food. Restaurant had several dirty tables. Will go to a different location from now on

Service was friendly and quick. Me and my husband have got a box with nachos in the cheese was something black just spread through both cups of cheese. Not sure if it was from the pan being scraped or what but it was gross to me.
