I had a replacement for a crunchwrap supreme and because I couldn't remember the exact name of the manager (I know it started with an A) they wouldn't replace my order. It was one item, about $6. It was around 11:30 am today and the lady I spoke with kept cutting me off and was very rude. I spoke with the ontario store and they said this is a franchise store and they have heard about bad customer service as well from this store. That's bad when another Taco Bell store will say that about another store. The lady at the Lexington Ave location made me wait in line behind 4 cars which took 20 minutes and made me feel like I was a liar, trying to get a $6 item for free... really???? Just WOW! I never have any problems they are always nice but after having the nasty customer service treatment today. I'll go to corporate stores only from now on.

Empty burrito shell as usual. Not worth the inflated price. For the same amount of money I can go to the mexican restaurant across the street and get a real meal.

WOW!!! I will have to start driving here if I want Taco Bell. The blonde guy in the drive thru was SO NICE!! So polite and genuine! They made all my food FRESH. And at the quantities they were supposed to be in!! Thank you so much, you guys make a wonderful team & I could tell that when I was doordashing the other day & came here. They all worked so well together & the nice lady with the braids even carried the order to my car for me!!! These people may be young but they give quality service and go above and beyond. You guys deserve a raise!!! I would post pictures but I smashed the food already soooo

I was very impressed with this Taco Bell. They were really friendly. The girl at the counter helped us order, answering questions, and making suggestions. We got our food fast. The dinning room was clean. We have only been there once, because we aren't usually in that part of Mansfield, but I would go out of my way to go to this one.
