My wife ordered on line from the Akron location and paid by credit card. A receipt was emailed to her which noted that payment was received, itemized the food ordered, and specified the time that the order would be ready for pick up. I printed a copy of the receipt and drove to the restaurant. The employee at the pick up window first said that he had no record of the order. After I handed him a copy of the receipt, he asked me for a copy of my I.D.! He then disappeared for 5 minutes....read full review
I'll say whatever food you get is actually pretty good, but youll get whatever they feel like giving you. I normally dont care about a small miss order, but the last three times somethings been missing or wrong and this last time was SO F'd. The order was 1 Chicken Burrito, 1 beef taco, 1 chicken taco, chips and queso side of rice and beans. They asked if i said "beef nachos". Nope, I repeated my order, Ok. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with this place. I put off trying them for a while because I thought it seemed expensive when I looked up their menu.. it's really not though, considering the burritos are seriously huge!! Definitely get more than 1 meal out of them, and they're worth the price! The steak and shrimp are both so flavorful, and have been cooked perfectly every time..and they have the best chips and salsa.
