The young man at the register was very friendly and helpful, the food and coffee were excellent. However, the young lady who was preparing the orders popped off with a comment about people not tipping. Loud enough for everyone in the store to hear. What makes you think you're entitled to a tip? Are you a waitress that makes 2.33 an hour and relies on tips? Was the customer seated and you came to their table, took their order and waited on them continously? No, you did not. Do you tip the truck driver that delivers your inventory? Do you tips all the employees at a grocery store, you know, the stockers that insure the shelves have product for you to purchase, the cashiers, the people that round up and bring in the carts for your use? Maybe, be thankful that people visit the establishment in which you are employed, because otherwise you wouldn't have a paycheck.

I frequently go to this "donut" establishment and recently gave a tip to a window gentleman because he was trying... and working, not panhandling like other men in the area.
At around 11:30am on January 25th i tried to order the blueberry sour cream donuts and the man said they were out... I commented that was the second day in a row (that donut is advertised on your signage). He said that's our "perogative", so i asked for a chocolate glazed and he informed me that they make them in the morning and when they are out too bad, that's "our perogative". I calmly said that's not good customer service and he said that's our "perogative". I did say those are kinda smart ass answers. At which he said he was cancelling my order; I said that's fine and drove away. Never yelling or raising my voice and only cursing when telling the truth. It's too bad a donut shop doesn't have advertised donuts (false advertising) and tell customers "too bad" and that's "our perogative". A customer's perogative is to go somewhere else. It's just too bad...

This places management suuuuucks. They aren't open at 5 even though they're supposed to be. Espresso machine breaks for days at a time. I've purchased coffee with hair in the lid. The lids have little tiny pieces of plastic that break off into your coffee, sometimes. Coffee is good when u get it made right, though.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons and ordered a chocolate peanut butter drink. I was charged $5.19 plus tax, which would have been fine if the quality matched the price. However, the cup was only 80% full, the iced drink seemed stale, and there was barely any whipped cream—clearly, they were running out. The drink was so unappealing that no customer would want to touch it.
If drinks are served like this, from a customer’s perspective, it feels like the store is just looting money. I’ve been to other Tim Hortons locations, like in New Jersey, where the quality is exceptional and lives up to the brand’s reputation. This experience was completely opposite and deeply disappointing.
Tim Hortons management should address this issue to ensure such experiences don’t tarnish the brand’s name.

The girl at the window this morning I think her name was Brittany was very pleasant and made sure I had everything I needed with a smile on her face the whole time. If all the staff are like her I will definitely be coming back!

This is an extremely pathetic place. They were out of almost everything we ordered. We finally found enough items that they thought they had so we ordered. Then they came back and said they were out of additional stuff. Employees had the sniffles. We got our money back and hiked.

I am sorry but this has got to be the worst service I have ever had. I have went thru this drive thru multiple times and have been lied to. Ignored and just chucked it. This time is to much. I asked for 6 donuts so they will use a box, ask why you may ask because otherwise they will shove them all into one Itty bitty bag. Get to the window and what do I get...all of the shoved into a tiny bag and get told I didn't order 6 I ordered 5 and that he couldn't add any more on. Who in the right stinking mind sticks that many in one Itty bitty bag? Also why lie and say you can't fix your error? I am sorry but that is beyond ridiculous.
I am always impressed by how well they treat their customers.

Every time I go here the coffee is TERRIBLE. It never fails that it is made wrong. I do not know how they are still in business . Starbucks was closed so I thought Id give them another shot and try there fall drinks and the caramel apple ice latte taste like burnt coffee water its terrible ! I've gotten hot lattes here also that were awful. Get it together Tim Hortons! I'm not spending nearly $6 to dump it down the drain!
