I got to the window for my drink order and asked for a hash brown and they told me no I would have to pull around again because of 1 car behind me that’s crazy cause I never ran into a fast food place that didn’t your workers have poor attitudes towards people they are lazy and do not
Want to work so disrespectful plus I had to wait there for 5 minutes for my drink you couldn’t take a second to ring up a hash brown!!! You guys suck!!!

Seemingly they served us expired coconut milk. Not just bad taste, but curdled, so it clearly looked bad. Undrinkable.

Don’t use their app! Didn’t find out till I arrived that their machine for drinks was broken down and the said I have to go through the app to ATTEMPT to get my money back for the drink. They “said” they could not refund my money only the app can. (By manager)

I just went through the drive thru to get a medium hot caramel macchiato, two honey glazed donut, before pulling off I asked if coffee was hot because it seems to be cold, lady at the window stated she hope so and another lady chimed in and said it is. I then pulled off once getting to my destination two minute away from Hortons. I checked the coffee it was cold , then the donuts was not fully glazed and hard. I have always had my doubts about coming here and now I understand why !

Very disappointing service. Waited about five minutes before somebody would take my order. The focus was on DoorDash orders and not personal service. I was the only customer in the restaurant.Selection of bagels and donuts were extremely limited and overall a very, very poor experience.

I love Tim Hortons however, I came today and experience was horrible! Ordered my food, taxed for extra sauce. Got nothing but charged extra, attitude and nothing I asked for. #disappointed

This has only been my second time at Tim Hortons and I was pretty disappointed. The lady who took our order was nice, but my husband and I waited a good half hour for our food. He ordered a turkey bacon sandwich and I ordered a chicken panini and a chai. We were warned that they had to cook the chicken and it would take about 10 minutes, so we just hung out in the restaurant. I got my chai. It was ok. They made my sandwich, but forgot about my husband's, so we stood at the pickup counter to wait for them to make it. After the guy made it, my husband asked if he made a turkey bacon sandwich. The guy said yes. We left and went to go play some putt-putt.

When we got to the putt-putt place, we ate our lunch. My husband found out that the guy made a BLT sandwich instead of his turkey bacon sandwich! The guy lied. My chicken panini was pathetic. It seemed like they lightly sprinkled some chicken on top of the cheese. For as much as we paid, you would think my sandwich would be stuffed with chicken and cheese and the guy paid attention to our order and made my husband's sandwich the right way.

The first experience I had with Tim Hortons was in New York. I had the best tasting chai and we had the best tasting food! This place, where we visited, was in the Mansfield, Ohio area. My husband and I were not impressed with this Tim Hortons. I hope we have a better experience the next time we visit a Tim Hortons.

We came early thinking it was going to be a wonderful breakfast...SIKE coffee is ice cold and their hashbrowns are cold and disgusting. Friendly employees but we will not be going back!!!

This is the only Tim's I've found that can be described as consistently disappointing. Toasted bagels that are cold and not toasted, doughnuts that are wet and not made well. Doughnuts that are always crammed in a bag smashed together instead of a box. 27$ to toss crap out the window . Im even sad the birds have to suffer. And it's about pointless to say anything, there's never the same employee twice.

Always rushes customers. I appreciate fast service, but fast does NOT mean good, respectful or appropriate which is what they struggle with. They are rude much of the time especially when someone is trying to look at the options to make a decision. The croissants are often overcooked and burnt a lot of the time too. These need worked on.

The young man at the register was very friendly and helpful, the food and coffee were excellent. However, the young lady who was preparing the orders popped off with a comment about people not tipping. Loud enough for everyone in the store to hear. What makes you think you're entitled to a tip? Are you a waitress that makes 2.33 an hour and relies on tips? Was the customer seated and you came to their table, took their order and waited on them continously? No, you did not. Do you tip the truck driver that delivers your inventory? Do you tips all the employees at a grocery store, you know, the stockers that insure the shelves have product for you to purchase, the cashiers, the people that round up and bring in the carts for your use? Maybe, be thankful that people visit the establishment in which you are employed, because otherwise you wouldn't have a paycheck.

I frequently go to this "donut" establishment and recently gave a tip to a window gentleman because he was trying... and working, not panhandling like other men in the area.

At around 11:30am on January 25th i tried to order the blueberry sour cream donuts and the man said they were out... I commented that was the second day in a row (that donut is advertised on your signage). He said that's our "perogative", so i asked for a chocolate glazed and he informed me that they make them in the morning and when they are out too bad, that's "our perogative". I calmly said that's not good customer service and he said that's our "perogative". I did say those are kinda smart ass answers. At which he said he was cancelling my order; I said that's fine and drove away. Never yelling or raising my voice and only cursing when telling the truth. It's too bad a donut shop doesn't have advertised donuts (false advertising) and tell customers "too bad" and that's "our perogative". A customer's perogative is to go somewhere else. It's just too bad...
