Like half a year ago I was here and their credit card machine was broken, so they only took cash ... I come again today, and the credit card is broken again... Except the one on the drive-thru was working... The girl at the front told me there's no way she could ring me up without cash, luckily I asked to speak to a manager and the guy was nice and said they could ring me up with a credit card... It shouldn't be that difficult to get a cup of coffee and a sandwich with a credit card ?

This location is always out of harsh browns which is the staple item with anything you order from the menu or it is on the item itself. I don’t understand this at all.

Maybe one day this place will get management that actually orders enough supplies so that they don't constantly run out of things. It's also absolutely ridiculous how long their machine in the dining room has been broken and they've only been accepting cash as if anybody carried it anymore. Also everytime I get a frozen drink/iced cap it's not mixed right there's hardly any ice it's just liquid.

Always get coffee not food. Order through the drive thru. Depends on how good it is depending on who's working. Sometimes not real good. But they need to come show the Ashland store how to make their drinks. Completely different.

Worst Donuts I've ever had. Tasted like they were 2 days old. I've never experienced a crusty hard donut in my life. And people buy this garbage!? Kudos to all who do...

We used to enjoy coming here a few times a month, but the last 3 times have not been very enjoyable. The employees now seem inconvenienced to help us after waiting for anyone to come out of the back. I would understand if they were busy, but there wasn't anyone, and each time is in the evening. Also, I don't understand the policy of not being able to sell the last 2 donuts in the case until 6 pm? You would think they would want to sell them and not possibly throw them away. The cold cream has also been tasting differently, too, or maybe it's the amount they use now, I'm not sure, but it has less flavor than it used to.

Stopped in twenty minutes before close for a iced latte after a hard day's work only to be greeted by a rude employee and told the only thing that was available for me to order was cold brew because they had started shutting down early. The rudeness and the lack of availability well before closing is what prompted this review. There's no reason to treat people poorly just because you're ready to leave.

I got the donut holes and I ordered two for me and my coworker and they were old and laugh a lot to be desired the girl on the intercom she was very friendly but the guy at the window he was just really nasty and rude and in the way that he was handling me but I think it's pretty much the new Norm so I guess it's just what it is these days unfortunately but no I won't be returning

There was a remote control under the glass and the counter because I wanted to see what else music is on the I heart radio on Roku and the lady who was working in the back is a cashier that was wearing a gray shirt with black lettering on it got so rude to me because she was saying I picked up the remote over the counter and actually was at the bottom of the glass. I didn't like the way she treated me. I wasn't too happy about it. I did eat couple donuts and a coffee. It was the day before Thanksgiving.

I’ve never been so disgusted with customer service in my life as I was from these disgusting girls working in the Ashland road location. Talk about HORRIBLE customer service. You can hear them making comments in the background in the headset at the drive thru about customers orders. When I tried addressing it at the window the girl first off had a filthy child sitting in the drive thru window but did not care at all about anything I said. She shrugged her shoulders and asked a girl in the back to come “deal” with me. After expressing my concerns to her she also did not nothing , absolutely nothing. Had no care in the world. It was disgusting dealing with these 3 females you have working there , representing your company. I will never return and neither will my family. They also refused to give me their names and closed the window in my face. Disgusting humans. Do better.
