Well...I'm going to go on a limb and say that it may not be the roadwork that's hurting your business. It may be the product. I'm all about supporting local business, which is why I went out of my way to get it from the South Side, but if you're serving up pies like this, then I'll be the first to say that the road work didn't do this. You did. And, well...I'll stick with the other local shops here. Service and atmosphere are good, but you can't BS your way through pizza. Pizza is sacred. And, this was a disaster.

The food was absolutely fantastic! The Chicago-style pizza I ordered was enormous and incredibly satisfying, leaving me pleasantly full after just a couple of slices. It arrived piping hot, with the cheese perfectly melted and the crust delightfully crispy yet soft on the inside. I was thoroughly impressed and would not hesitate to order it again on my next visit. This was my first experience with Chicago-style pizza, and it certainly did not disappoint. To top it all off, I indulged in a slice of cotton candy cheesecake, which was heavenly—rich and creamy, with a playful sweetness reminiscent of carnival treats. Overall, it was an unforgettable meal!

Stopped in for lunch with my family and the food was super fresh and fantastic! My buffalo slaw sub was out of this world! Met the owner and she was super friendly. We will stop in if we are ever passing through again.

We came to pick up the pizza and they said it had 6 min left (no big deal) but I don’t think it needed six more minutes in the oven 😅 it’s pretty burnt in the bottom too. I think it had potential and I saw all the other good reviews so I’m a little sad I spent 30$ on this

I think this might be the best deep dish I have had and yes I have been to Chicago. While prices are a bit high and wait times are long I think the pizza is worth it. The only size they have is almost $40 and was an hour wait. But they walked it over to Phoenix Brewing for me so there's things to do while waiting. Pizza is also huge and will likely feed 3 people. I ate 3 slices and was stuffed.
I get the pizza by the slice here regularly for lunch! Great pizza, and great service!

I always had a good opinion of 2 cousins but that changed after today. I place an online I order that was set to be picked up at 4:26. I showed up at 4:26 and they said it would be another 10 minutes. I then proceeded to sit in front of the kitchen window for another 20 minutes until I lost my patience and walked up to the window to ask how much longer it would be. They then walked away and saw that my order had been sitting on top of the oven for god knows how long. Normally I wouldnt write a review except on top of all this there was no remorse or apology from any of the staff there. I'd give this 0 stars if I could I recommend ANY OTHER pizza place in Mansfield other than 2 cousins. Truly disappointing.
**UPDATE** The owner responded to this to give the illusion that they were so extremely busy that my order got lower priority in the queue. I would absolutely understand this however there were only 2 other people sat in the restaurant, who i later found out were other employees on break, and nobody came in during my entirety of sitting there to pick up an order. There also seems to be a pattern where the owner blames the online tool as if it is something outside of their control, my suggestion would be to find a new online tool or don't use one at all.

We attempted their gut buster pizza challenge. (28 inch 10lbs) Had a wonderful experience! The pizza was delicious and the staff was super friendly. Didn’t come close to finishing lol but now we have lots of great leftover pizza! Thanks for having us! 10/10 would recommend!
