I placed my order for two items online at 5:18 and it said it would be ready at 5:33 to 5:45. I re checked the app and it said it would be done closer to 5:35. I arrived to the store around 5:37. And when I said my name for the order they came off like it wasn’t even put in the oven. And they told me it would be another 10 minutes. Which would’ve been fine if it would’ve been 10 more minutes. I didn’t walk out of the store until after 6. I would’ve appreciated a discount or a coupon for next time that I ordered. They didn’t seem bothered by the fact that their timing was incredibly off and a waste of my time. Super disappointed.

The restaurant is completely disgusting and no it’s not because of the construction (the construction is outside not inside your building) the new owner is very rude. The prices used to be so much better seems like this owner just cares about the money. It’s not worth it at ALL. I’d rather go anywhere else. Forget Hamiltons I want two cousins back. on top of that her responses to her bad reviews are VERY unprofessional and rude.

Been going there for years. Don't know what has happened. Asked if they had any specials. They said they had none. 1 large 2 item 1 large 3item pizza and an order of pepperoni bites over $70.00. Sauce must have changed wasn't the same.Didn't get extra sauce and to top it off they charged me tax when they delivered it across the street. Won't be back for a while.

We drive from Fort Wayne Indiana and always come here for their pizza and Stromboli’s!! I love their marinara and pizza balls so much 🥰 it looks like they are changing their name but I hope they don’t change too much!! I love their food. Their pizza and Stromboli is the reason go!

Have always had a good experience and delicious pizza. Typically order through the app and will have our order ready to go in 20-30 mins. Except for last night- ordered the special pepperoni pizza and added mushrooms/banana peppers with an order of cheesy bread around 6:30, app said it would be ready by 6:51. Arrived to the shop at 6:53, was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. Then was told the order was just being started. Staff was super nice and tried to make it right by upgrading the order with an extra pizza and making them extra large. Continued to wait for nearly 50 more minutes. When I finally make it back home a little after 8, hungry and ready to eat, there is not a single piece of pepperoni on either pizza. Crazy experience. I’m sure I’ll be back, but may need a little hiatus

We’ve been getting this pizza a little more often lately. Every time has been excellent! Their Stromboli is maybe the best I’ve ever had. Fold overs are also good. And the chicken bacon ranch pizza is a favorite! Their vegetarian choices are also very good.

Again, sadly Mansfield is lacking in delicious pizza. We wanted to love this place. Our order was misplaced at first, so I had to wait a little longer. Most of the employees were polite. For $35 I got a large pizza& Bavarian pretzel. The pizza was floppy, sauce-heavy, and the cheese was barely melted. The sauce was almost sweet. The Bavarian pretzel was one of the worst things we've ever attempted eating! It was hard, tasteless, and barely had salt. The nacho cheese sauce was awful, and didn't help. We regret the whole thing!
