I ordered the chicken which took 30 mins from kitchen to table I didn't mind that it came fresh and flavorless as hell. My daughter had the cyclops and same thing fresh/hot and flavorless. The salad had old soggy tomatoes the bread they give was cold cold bread and cold butter/ fries portion was good but nothing special I'm so disappointed in uncle John's 1 out of 10. Y'all gotta do better our bill was $60 and we left so disappointed

Ordered lunch from here yesterday. All in all it was a fine enough experience. I ordered a cheesesteak burger with fries to go.
The fries were good. They were fresh cut and were fried perfectly. My only gripe is they weren't salted. But the fries themselves were really tasty despite that.
The burger was solid. And it was quite large as well. The burger itself had good flavor and was thick and juicy. The steak on top was utterly forgettable though. It had no flavor at all. If it had been removed from the burger I wouldn't have noticed at all. However, the onions, peppers, and cheese were delish.
I would say for $20, the price is a little steep. So I'm not sold on the value here. But the food itself was fine.
Will I be back? Maybe. I make pretty good burgers at home, so it's hard for me to spend $20 on one when it doesn't blow me away.

Horrid!!! Window seat area had 4 tables. 3 were full when we arrived. One was still not cleared. 4 people ahead of us in line. 15 min later there are 3 tables empty but not cleared. The gal that looked like she had been waiting on those tables had take some dishes back and was now bartending with another person. Eventually another waitress came and cleared a couple of tables. Original waitress comes back, takes drink order for those that had been seated. Still a table to clear and we're next in line. 10 more minutes, line is out the door we get seated. Waitress apologized, returns with our drinks, waits on a couple other tables, takes our order. Food arrived hot, delish, and fairly quickly but never saw the waitress again after ordering two more drinks. Atmosphere great! Food wonderful. This one waitress was the worst.

It was exactly how everyone has described it to me for the last 30 years. We finally went to get their well known burgers. Not disappointed at all. Outstanding burger cooked to order. The hand cut fries were cooked great as well. The prices were amazing. Don't wait..just go!
