Baconator aint what it used to be...imagine Baconator went on ozempic for 6 months then went vegan...its a pale, grey and sad version of itself....at least it was this time. Not to mentiion 25 bucks for a Burger, Salad and 2 drinks. The severs were fast and efficient.

Just stop somewhere else. In JUST TODAYS VISIT: the order was taken incorrectly at the speaker, the order wasn't read back to confirm, I was asked by the attendant at the first window what to do with the $20 bill I handed them after they read the total, they handed out the food and said have a good day while my drink sat there on the window, they forgot a drink and then handed it out with an attitude, forgot a fry in the bag, and the one fry they remembered was cold. It was a little busy but so many mistakes at once is absolute carelessness. Its worse here every time we go.

I ordered 2 Baconators with no ketchup for lunch for work. I work 12 hour shifts so whenever I had my lunch. Wendy's was already closed. I got a single Patty. No bacon covered in ketchup. So I had to find other food to eat because I was not eating that. I set in the drive through for over 15 min to.Get food that I couldn't even eat .I wasted my money on

Went there tonight at 9pm and they said they were closed when it shows on the door that they close at 11pm. 3 cars ahead of me left because no one would answer the intercom or window to tell people that they where closed.

Just WOW. Weird energy I get talking to them. Just not polite. Then I go to the bathroom and the fricking toilet paper is sitting on top of the paper towel dispenser AND on the floor !!! No toilet paper in the stalls and no paper towels either. The bathroom is not being kept on and the lobby is barely kept up on as well, for it to be cold and wet, I would say too much build up in the lobby for some to actually enter and walk on. Just can’t help to think how are they handling the food back there!!!

The food at this location is always awful. It's a shame. They really give Wendy's a bad name. Would you like a fresh, soft bun? Well you won't get one here. Whoever is in charge of buns should have been fired years ago because this has always been an issue here. Go order a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger. 85% of the time the bun will be hard and stale. Not to mention the meat will be cold and the tomato not ripe. Really a terrible example of what Wendy's used to be. $3.00 for a JBC you can barely choke down. Sad. Negative 5 stars if I could. Get it together.
