Really wish they had grilled chicken sandwich meals still so it's not really this locations fault they do an above average job. It's so expensive to eat out and you know they didn't loose any money from giving fat food employees money they already deserved serving cranky impatient people and just doing their job properly. Now with that said does the standard of the food and the flat out quality or portions size get better? It hasn't is decreased. That's corporate. I knew Dave Thomas personally from the old farmer I worked for that at every single day at Wendy's on 16 and Dayton rd. I know for a fact he'd not approve and would've set the standards for every fast food chain to match. I am not one to complain about waiting but today was an unbelievable failure. I got in line at the drive thru at 12:23 and I knew their was 4 cars ahead of me to order but I decided to wait. At 12:40 I was one car back from giving my order. I then waited and waited until 12:47. I saw people laughing at the door in the back of the restaurant so I called the restaurant and asked them to take the order of the person in front of me so I could leave. They got their order and I left. We went to Arby's next door and ordered 2 meals and got our food and drove past Wendy's again and the car behind us was still waiting. RIDICULOUS! It is always this way but today I am done. I will not be back! The only Wendy's across this country that has told me 3 different times they ran out of chili ugh,! Go to Galion, they know how to run a restaurant!

This is the WORST Wendy's location...the only reason I go here is because Wendy's is my son's favorite fast food. 8 out of 10 orders through the drive-thru are incorrect or missing something; the food is often not fresh; the drive-thru line is super slow; the manager once argued with me when I went back through the drive-thru because I was missing food from my order; and almost every time I go, they are out of something important...for example, bacon...bacon is one of their signature ingredients and they are always out of bacon. This place needs to get their act together.

WOW, they don't lie or exaggerate that they will screw you at the drive-thru. This place got NONE of my order right except the drink. It's like, while I stated my order, they were saying to themselves; "Yeah right, you ain't gett'n any of your order you want"...well maybe the drink so you don't notice it right off. My bad that I trusted this place. They got away with about $7.00 of which wasn't in my bag, or totally wrong, when I pulled away. I am not going here again. I could've done better myself and I've never worked at a fast food. I understand the stress that can be involved with this kind of job, and I will say they were very courteous and professional and trying get the order out quickly, but come on, you could've at least got two things right in my order. UGH.
