Lovely employees, however, the prices are getting crazy. I was charged an extra topping because I wanted chocolate custard instead of vanilla. It just feels kind of sleazy in my opinion, like taking advantage of customers. Over $7 for a medium Whister with cookie dough? I probably won't go back. These prices are only going to continue to rise.

This was an unexpected gem we found on our trip to mid-ohio. They have a great selections of delicious custard and sundaes. Our whole party got something different and we each greatly enjoyed it. Perfect relief from an incredibly hot day and has made our list of places to return to in this area.

I didn’t know how good frozen custard was! The Oh Henry is wonderful as a “whitzer” or as a Sunday. The staff has always been friendly. Prices are good considering the amount served.

I've always liked their different flavors, creamy and delicious! I'm sure they are still good as my friends enjoy them, but unfortunately I can't have them anymore (curse you allergies). Because of this, I tried the Vegan coconut milk flavors this location offers and have been really disappointed. In general, frozen coconut milk desserts are not creamy, more akin to Italian ice than anything. The vegan vanilla tastes like they dumped half a bottle of vanilla extract into an ice machine, it's one of the worst I've ever had. I heard some Whit's locations are doing vegan oat milk instead, which usually makes a much more creamy consistency and would make more sense for a company focused on that style of dessert to use. It usually tastes a lot better too! I hope all the chains will switch to the oatmilk so the dairy allergy ridden can enjoy a creamy dessert again
