We had a very bad experience last night Friday night, February 23. The Older dyed black hair, hostess, doesn’t seem to want to please the people that are coming in there and spending $100 or more an evening. We have four couples that are friends of ours, They will no longer come there because of her. She has such a nasty negative attitude. Last night she even yelled at us. I would like to speak to the owner about her. We love the place, the food is good, we love their wine, except for every time we come there we have a problem with her! She is very Rude, how dare she yell at us ! Someone needs to tell her that the customers are the reason that she has a job!

Our group of 7 enjoyed our drinks and food. The only disappointment was the volume of the live music. The musician was very good but had the volume at concert level, not restaurant. Our group hadn't seen each other in a while, and we were out for dinner and to catch up, not for a concert. My steak was prepared perfectly, and the pizza was very good. We enjoyed the onion rings appetizer too.

Amazing food! The whole experience from start to finish, Makayla was our waitress and was so friendly and attentive. The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great food.

Sweet Harvest (Concord grape) was outstanding even though we came for the Mixed Tape and they were out. (P.S., make more of that stuff!) We sat down and shared a bottle and ordered an appetizer, potato skins and they were phenomenal as well. Our waitress, Tabitha was very sweet and attentive to our needs which made for an outstanding evening. Thank you for the great food, wine and service! (Don’t forget to ask for Tabitha!)

Beautiful place on the inside and outside! We went out for date night which we rarely get to do anymore because the children :(. We couldn’t have been happier with the outcome! We’re not huge wine people (trying to find what we like still) Makayla was our server and she was amazing!!! She was very attentive and had many suggestions for us. Truly great service. My partner and I will be sure to return next date night !

Holy cow!!! The people and food are phenomenal. Pizza is great of course, but HIGHLY recommend the steak and also the fettuccini. My word it’s good! Service is fantastic - especially with Lisa at the bar. Love this place!

My husband and I stopped here while on vacation for the first time. We stopped on a Friday night and a bartender named Lisa was a riot and so much fun! One of the best nights ever! We plan on going back every time we are in the area. ❤️

This is a fantastic place to catch up with friends or family.Tonight I had the pleasure of getting nap caps with friends and had Jodi as the bartender she was energetic and shared the holiday spirt!

After try three, we are done. This latest fiasco was like the other times, walked in, snubbed by an employee and then get to the front to be seated. This employee was shocked that guests were there, and no greeting, just a 'how many?' and then a 'hang on...', turn and leave. It was maybe a quarter full! Another employee walks up, fumbles with the menus, looks around and acts surprised we were standing there, no greeting of course - we tell her 'we're not sure where the other person went' and barks out a crabby, 'hang on!' and stomps off. Still trying to figure out what she was upset about and then try to understand why there is always, always, always a staff issue there. The food is OK, pricey by middle Ohio standards and one has to understand why you would ever will return considering every restaurant has the same suppliers and subsequently, the same exact food. Maybe if places like this one, would concentrate on customer service and focus on a great customer experience thanks to the staff it would be ragingly successful. To close, we are out, never to return, and always will share how bad the service is here. Plenty of other places, who are GRATEFUL and treat the customers wonderfully, to take our hard earned money.
This place pleased us and would please Gordon Ramsey. There were four of us and we each got something different. Every dish was top notch. Phenomenal food. The old fashioned we had with the maple vanilla simple was great. I’m not from Mansfield and was blown away.

Her wine expertise and genuine passion made the evening memorable. If you want a delightful wine experience with superb service, 1285 Winery, especially with Tabitha, is the place to be!

1285 is one of the best winery’s in town! The atmosphere and overall quality is over the top, my server Tabitha was very knowledgeable of her job, and had great wine recommendations! She helped with any questions I had, and had no problem answering them with a smile, 1285 is definitely a place to visit, Ask for Tabitha if you want great service!

Stopped in with family for a weekday lunch. Was slightly surprised at how many had the same plan! We asked for their cocktail menu as we were wanting a seasonal drink but was informed they did not have a weekday bartender! My wife and mom both ordered their quiche special while I ordered the Granters Grinder. Our orders came out fairly quickly and were delicious! I did think that the chips portion for my grinder was smaller than expected. I ordered a side cup of soup with my grinder and it was on the same plate...I lost out on the chips. Mom thought the quiche was a little rubbery.

First off the ambiance of this place is great. But with how good everything was what really made our experience was Lisa. We originally sat at a table. But a good 5 -10 mins or more went by and we weren’t waited on. So we decided to go to the bar because we noticed the bartender there at the time “Lisa” was attentive and taking people’s orders. We were so happy with our choice to move to the bar because not only were our drinks made so well, but Lisa was so personable and always came back to make sure we had what we needed. Very very nice place but again Lisa made the experience. If you come here ask for Lisa. She remembers your name and makes the best drinks. We will be coming back because of her!
