I ordered egg bites and I’m assuming they forgot, then got an attitude with me cause I had to remind them, very rude, and they never apologized but why would this younger generation do that.
The food and coffee was great like always. Unfortunately, the service was absolutely not what we expected. We had an unfortunate miss understanding in our order. We were met with an extremely rude tone and words from the employee (I assumed manager because the nice kid we ordered from wasn’t the one correcting the order not the little gal who tired handing us the order.) Not sure what everyone's issues are with this location. The order was correct, food was hot and as expected.The employees mirror their customers very well.
