Horrible experience two times in a row. First time I ordered 3 pizzas online and I waited for the app to say complete. I arrived and only 2 pizzas was done. No biggie I leave and come back 15 minutes later and they didn’t even have my third pizza in the oven. They told me to call and in could get a free pizza guess what I did 3 days straight and they never answered ??♂️. Second time I ordered 1 large pizza and waited 30 minutes before arriving while I was headed to work. Guess what? My pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet This location is the worst I wish I didn’t have to put a star ??

Ordered 3 pizzas with extra sauce and they all were dry as a desert! Toppings were minimal. I called and was told no refunds. I was told that they cut back on everything. Why is that okay? Everyone is struggling and when I spend my hard earned money I expect to get what I paid for. Bad food, bad service. Go anywhere else!

I ordered 3 pizzas for my staff for employee appreciation day and they messed up two of the orders! When I called they said they would send back the delivery kid to pick up the two pizza's and get us the right pizzas, but it would be in an hour from the original delivery time. I told my staff sorry I guess we wait until 1:30 to eat after when we ordered at 11am!!! There was absolutely no compensation on their part for the mistake! I wonder who is managing this circus! No customer service at all! Buy your pizza from Rally's trust me on this one!

Terrible delivery service for my first time using them. I never received my food I waited for over 2 hours called these people three times and on the last time they said my order wasn't even in the system after she had just told me a hour before that on the second time that my order would be here within minutes then they kept me on hold for over 12 minutes and then stopped answering my call
Ordered a pizza for delivery and an hour and half later still didn’t get pizza called to find out why i didn’t get the pizza i was told i can cancel the order if i want all in all very poor customer service and rude

I had a great experience with this particular management. They were nice, had suggestions to make my order better for me, and overall great customer service. Some of the staff has been known to be ghetto AF but I'm glad I didn't experience any of that from this staff. I'll be returning and hoping for similar five star treatment ✔️
