Terrible delivery service for my first time using them. I never received my food I waited for over 2 hours called these people three times and on the last time they said my order wasn't even in the system after she had just told me a hour before that on the second time that my order would be here within minutes then they kept me on hold for over 12 minutes and then stopped answering my call
Ordered a pizza for delivery and an hour and half later still didn’t get pizza called to find out why i didn’t get the pizza i was told i can cancel the order if i want all in all very poor customer service and rude

I ordered 3 pizzas for my staff for employee appreciation day and they messed up two of the orders! When I called they said they would send back the delivery kid to pick up the two pizza's and get us the right pizzas, but it would be in an hour from the original delivery time. I told my staff sorry I guess we wait until 1:30 to eat after when we ordered at 11am!!! There was absolutely no compensation on their part for the mistake! I wonder who is managing this circus!
