Sub City in Cleveland Heights is horrible. They girl behind the counter had us waiting until she finished her texting to take our order, no menus around anywhere had to ask what they sold and they girl had an attitude like we were bothering her. would not recommend this location. The phone was ringing after she took our order so she just turned the ringer off so she could keep texting
This is a review for the sub city in Maple Heights. spent 30.00 dollars for a small amount of fries that were extremely salty and the chicken Philly had an enormous amount of mayonnaise on it we will never go back. The food made my husband sick.
Horrible. Cold food. Hard fries. Order was wrong. They do not answer the phone but you can’t order online for Maple. Tell you 30 mins more like 60/70. Every time I go it’s an issue with my order. Not wasting my money there anymore.
