Beautiful Inn, Everything was ready, clean able to check in early enjoyed a nice bottle of their wine that they provided close to everything! Walking distance to the Marblehead lighthouse to local establishments for breakfast or for a few cocktails and fun that there is a winery and coffee shop right downstairs! Definitely will come back and stay again!!

My husband and I recently stayed at this Inn and it was very nice. The room was clean and cozy.The guest services were friendly and welcoming. I also loved the bottle of wine from the winery that was included with our room.I would recommend this place to anyone who will be staying in the area or visiting Kelly's Island.

First time staying at the Red Fern Inn and we definitely will be coming back. It's a new favorite half way point for our best friends from Ann Arbor to meet us coming from a suburb of Cleveland. The newly opened coffee shop for a quick delicious morning coffee, quiche and muffin was perfect. The staff and owner, Chris Redfern, are friendly, accommodating and make sure our stay was everything and more than we hoped for. It was a little too chilly for us to stay outdoors for the weekend live music, but we appreciated hearing the singing and music from inside. We had a wine tasting and brought home a bottle of pink catawba Rocky Point Wine. Can't wait to open and enjoy. Highly recommend this perfect Inn on the Marblehead Lake Erie shore.

More of a bar than a winery. It was clean and had nice seating, but the service was pretty lacking. They had sweet and dry options, so something for everyone's preferences, however we didn't find one we liked (just a matter of personal taste). What we did dislike was that the manager (assuming he was because he appeared to be in charge behind the bar) was a bit rude and made you feel like he was doing you a favor just speaking to you. We had questions about the wine (grown or bottled here, flavor profiles, etc) and about the Ohio VIP wine program and he was just unhelpful and unpleasant. Live music also left something to be desired. Definitely not a winery we will be making a return visit to.

Our host Greg went above and beyond taking care of us as a late arrival. The wines were excellent, and the service was outstanding!We stayed at the Red Fern Inn, onsite, which was great as well. In the morning, the coffee shop provided excellent breakfast sandwiches, fresh coffee, and a few bottles of wine to go. Great part of our 40th anniversary road trip!

My boyfriend and I booked a room for one night at the inn. It was fantastic. I would definitely recommend staying there. The staff is very friendly and the wine/drinks were great. It is short 9 minute walk to Kelley's Island ferry. Also, if you stay at the inn you can enjoy there back patio long past the winery closes. We had a very relaxing trip, which is just what was needed.

Love this place. Beautiful little piece of property that's very relaxing. Wonderful and friendly staff. We may come here too often, our server started reaching for our usual before we even got close. ?Definitely a place to check out, and if someone in your party doesn't want wine, they also have beer and cocktails. Oh! The grilled cheese sandwich is awesome too!

Great place buy the wine club well worth it for the year comes with cheese plate. Good atmosphere a must to check it out.

After wrapping up our vacation at Put In Bay, we explored the mainland and found this gem. I did a wine flight and the Riesling was excellent. My wife got the Bloody Mary, which had a grilled cheese sandwich, olives, and more on top. The atmosphere is very peaceful and the service is excellent.

I held my father's celebration of life at Rocky Point Winery. The whole staff was so excellent. Always taking great care of us. They made this day so special for my family. The property is beautiful and the wine is excellent but the staff makes this winery the best in the area!!! Thank you all for making this difficult day so special for my family!!!
