Fettuccine chicken parm...chicken was hot but noodles were cold and not even close to being cooked. No co2 for draft beers. Limited on bottle beers. Cleanliness was poor. Light fixtures etc over tables were nasty.
The food surprised me (never been in this chain) - better than I would have expected, and generous portions.
