If I could leave a 0 star review I would. A SA boy had to host me he was great. Got seated. Never once had a server come to my table. They all stood around the bar laughing cracking jokes. My friend and I made eye contact multiple time with other servers but none of them acted like they acknowledged us. We didn’t even get drinks. We sat there for about 30 minutes the first time and 45 the second time. Both of our experiences were the same as we were together. Might give it another chance in the future but will stick to the one in Parkersburg for now!

They sold me a new steak, called the 12 ounce grisle ribeye that I couldn't chew horrible quality steak and the 2 sirloin steak was as bad.

Food was atrocious! Literally A T R O C I O U S! The fries and chicken tenders my teens got were all burnt up looking and the manager came over to our table to apologize (when we sent it back) but the only excuse he gave was" Our grease needs changed" "can I get you anything else". His offer was to remove the charges for those 2 meals from the bill. Since they were not edible. We also ordered 3 different steak meals, and each steak tasted the same, and they were so gummy and mushy that you could squish it with a fork, and layers of steak were peeling off the top. Needless to say, they were enedible. The server we had was actually great, but it doesn't matter how great the service is if all the meals were left on the plates. Ended up, nothing was removed from the bill, so we just paid 140 plus . Will not be making that mistake again! This was in Marietta, on New Years Eve 2024-25. I rarely leave bad reviews 0 , but this was a ridiculously bad experience, and I just want to save others the grief and money. Just skip past this place.

I felt like there was not very much food and that it wasn't very hot . The server was friendly and did make call backs but..seemed to be overwhelmed. I just think that this was their second chance from us and we won't be going a third . Sorry , but your dining room is wonderful , but your food..needs a little better preparation .

I placed a takeout order and just had to come on here and say Darrion was awesome definitely my best experience with ordering take out anywhere he was so nice and made sure I had everything in my order and just made me smile. Will definitely be back because of him!
