A delightful breakfast location, we arrived at 7:40 and the line was already forming. Pancakes are delicious and fluffy, sausage gravy is well seasoned and loaded with meat.

Staff is friendly, welcoming and well informed on the menu.

Will be back when I visit Ohio again.

Best breakfast place in Marietta!

Perfect little small town spot for a delicious breakfast. Scratch kitchen definitely showed up on our plate plates - nothing looked like it had come out of a can or freezer bag. Excellent coffee, excellent service and a very cute little spot. Would definitely return if I drove through here again!

My wife and I stopped on a Friday at noon. I got the Rueben sandwich and fries. My wife got the cinnamon roll pancake, 1 egg and hash browns. It was delicious! The Rueben had homemade rye bread. Everything tasted fresh, and is locally sourced. The thousand island tasted like it was made and not store bought. It was the best Rueben I have ever had! The cinnamon roll pancake was very good. I got to try it since my wife couldn't finish it. 😀

Cozy and bright. I love how fresh and interesting each breakfast option is on their menu. Every item from fried eggs, to each of the creative takes on favorite styles of pancakes, and especially those breakfast tots are delicious and comforting. The staff are friendly even though the place is always fairly busy when we’ve been there on the weekend. The prices can’t be beat. If you’re looking for a regular breakfast spot in Marietta or Parkersburg you’re missing out by not giving Busy Bee a chance to be your weekend morning favorite.

I ordered steak @ egg the wait staff was ok with my order preparation was steak med rare crispy hash browns and eggs over easy. my steak was well done, my hash brown was cold , my eggs still had plasma running out of them. whoever is their chef back there needs to take a cooking class I had a terrible experience especially for the price of the food 2 stars and that was just the wait staff

The Busy Bee is a yearly tradition for us! Good food, great service. Breakfast, locally sourced, the way you like it! Can be quite busy, but worth the wait!

This is the kind of place that lives on it's regulars. It's diner food with exactly that crowd. The food is up to standard without being anything more than mildly fancy (above diner presentation while not quite being high class) and just an edge of hipster for taste.
