Food was great. But it’s not what I ordered. You get what they decide to charge you for and not what you order. The guy taking my order couldn’t understand the difference between large and small or even know what lettuce is. I didn’t want to confuse him anymore than he already was, so I just kept what he gave me. I’m still mad he made it seem like it was all my fault.

From reading other reviews from a couple months ago, it doesnt seem things have been improved. Facility and bathrooms were dirty, service was not great. I asked to add catfish to my order and was told, that I could only add one piece. No one asked if our food was okay or needed anything else. Employess were sitting around on their phones,when there were no other customers placing orders. They should have been cleaning. We will NOT be back.

Drove 2 hours to meet my parents there because we love the food. Never again. Filthy place. What happened it was great two years ago. No malt vinegar, hardly any drinks and a disgusting stickiness all over everything. You better be right with god before using the bathroom because it's hell on earth. I already emailed corporate and suggested management be removed immediately for letting this place go like that.

They have a young kid that is so rude in the front, he acted like a 5 year old and said I am about to go home, his rude self needs to learn respect and manners! Will never recommend eating here after dealing with him

We were enjoying our dinner, and ended up not enjoying the visit due to the staff (apparently a manager) loudly complaining about employees, her schedule and openly being condescending to a customer who was returning cold food to be replaced.It is concerning when that is the openly displayed behavior, as it makes you wonder what goes on when you can not hear it throughout the entire restaurant.
