We were enjoying our dinner, and ended up not enjoying the visit due to the staff (apparently a manager) loudly complaining about employees, her schedule and openly being condescending to a customer who was returning cold food to be replaced.It is concerning when that is the openly displayed behavior, as it makes you wonder what goes on when you can not hear it throughout the entire restaurant.

This is some of the worse food we’ve ever had from Captain D’s. Don’t plan on coming back. Got 2 Chicken Tender meals and they weren’t even edible. Got a 20 piece Butterfly Shrimp that was cold. And can’t even explain the Corn on Cob. We will start going to Long John Silvers.

It's ok I think it's come down a little but since last time I was there.. everything was cool to cold on my plate My Fries were so cold. And hard I couldn't eat them.. the fish was just ok but not warm. The best thing I had was cheese sticks and hush puppies..

Grabbed dinner to eat at the hotel while in town to see family. Delicious food and fast service. Everything was fresh and hot. I loved the Mac and cheese the most.Parking: Plenty of parking and the lot was clean and well maintained
