Portion sizes are never what they should be and you always leave feeling ripped off. And there's no reason to eat at chipotle after they discontinued the honey chipotle chicken. Might as well just go to Qdoba and save money now. It's the same thing. Better portions too... Charging extra just to add qeso is childish as well. Absolutely no one wants a bowl without it and other restaurants don't charge for a necessity like that.

I ordered in the restaurant to go. I got back to my hotel room exhausted from a trip and wanted to eat. The chips were undercooked, they were stale and chewy. It was later in the evening and I was tired and I have been driving all day. I went back the next day to get a refund and they would only give me a refund for the chips because the food was not bad. I don’t want to eat chipotle without chips. Just like having a chipotle without a burrito shell what’s the point? I feel like whenever I go to chipotle it’s hit or miss. The consistency of serving sizes are not the same and I never know if that’s gonna be a good experience or not. I’ll leave my chipotle somewhere else like Athens or Parkersburg, but I won’t go to Marietta anymore.

Ordered double protein no rice , I got extra rice and light chicken. Went thru drive thru and got home and was cold.

So the food here is really good i have to say that. But they appear to be woefully understaffed bc often the person making your food then becomes the cashier. And more than once I've watched them go back to making the next person's food wearing the same gloves they just handled money with. Disgusting. And then you get attitude if you ask them if they could change their gloves. And one other thing i want to mention is the other day i was paying with my card and the machine was processing slowly and as i went to pick up my food a girl actually pulled it away from me as if i was going to steal it. She snipped, Did you put your chip down facing you?? I said YES THAT'S EXACTLY HOW I PUT IT IN. And at that moment the machine finally processed my card and she let go of my tray. There are some extremely nice ppl working here but also some extremely rude ones. I think the management isn't great right now. UPDATE 5/19/25 It's been a few weeks since i left my original review and i just wanted to say this store has markedly improved things. Staff has been super friendly and efficient and the portions seem to have increased. Also now appears to be managed very well. I visited the Parkersburg store over the weekend and i have to say the Marietta store has become my favorite. Their food quality and presentation are consistently very good. Definitely recommend eating at the Marietta location now.
