So the food here is really good i have to say that. But they appear to be woefully understaffed bc often the person making your food then becomes the cashier. And more than once I've watched them go back to making the next person's food wearing the same gloves they just handled money with. Disgusting. And then you get attitude if you ask them if they could change their gloves. And one other thing i want to mention is the other day i was paying with my card and the machine...
The bowl was overflowing and delicious. The little girl that waited on me couldn't be anymore polite. (Bree I believe is her name) Love love love the rice and pico here. For being a brand new store, Bravo!
I have been looking forward to this Chipotle location opening. While in Marietta, last week (4/16) getting groceries, I decided to stop by and get a bowl. Hoping to leave a positive review after seeing the couple negative ones.
I ordered my bowl online, like I always do (in Zanesville), went to pick it up and the lady at the window was very nice. She said they were super busy and she's making my bowl 'now'. Then she told me they were out of cheese?!!!!!!🤯...
