“My husband and I live several hours away in Ohio but we come back every October to Marietta to visit family. It’s always around our wedding anniversary. We have been coming to The Galley to celebrate for the past six years as a tradition and each visit is amazing. Our supper on Friday 10/25 was no exception. Everything from the appetizers and drinks to the entrees and desert was scrumptious and our server Dustin was excellent. He truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. Thanks to the staff at The Galley…we will return next year to celebrate our 7th anniversary! ❤️❤️“

“100 out of 10 Reccomend this place!!! ✨️ Seriously some of the most delicious food we have everrrr had.... and we are major foodies! 😆 Not to mention the beautiful architecture of the hotel/restaurant and lovely views from inside, of the river! “pros: great flavors and portion sizes are a really good value. the fries are delicious. I hope they never change. Pulled pork sliders are also consistently tender, loaded up, and soo yummy. Chicken sliders are good too. Ive had great service more often than not. Really want to give the desserts a try as they’re made in house

cons: something in our orders are wrong nearly every time. At first I wrote it off as newer kitchen staff, but after this many visits it’s a little frustrating. Severely over or undercooked burgers, completely wrong pizza toppings, etc. the staff always handles very well which they totally get credit for!! but it makes for uncomfortable convos and waiting around for them to correct the mistakes

That is the only fault, otherwise this is one of our favorite restaurants in an area where I feel it’s hard to find truly good food“
