They contaminated my GLUTEN FREE pizza! I ordered a GLUTEN FREE pizza got home and began eating it straight from the box. It immediately began my reaction to Gluten. They either didn't change their gloves or they didn't clean their tools or wash their hands. DO NOT GET THE GLUTEN FREE PIZZA this reaction was terrible!

Highly recommend the hot honey pepperoni pizza. Would have never thought to put honey and red pepper flakes on a pizza but it's delicious!

Food is decent. Staff and employees are nice but the owner is a joke. He threatens to harass employees over nonsense. Quick to anger and fly off the handle even though he's never actually working at the store. Will never eat here again after hearing how he treats his people. Total trash owner.

Unbelievable worst customer service ever. 615 pick up. 4 cars behind us . One car in front after 20 minutes car pealed off in frustration. We pull and wait an additional 24 minutes. No one came to the window or explained what was going on. Finally window door opens and we get two cold pizzas. Never again. Awful pizza and management. This place use to be good. Gone down hill. Saf

Pretty disappointed. I have had Donatos pizza before, and it is pretty yummy. I went to the Donatos store today in Marietta and was very surprised that they had no pricing available. Maybe I'm old, but C'mon when you actually walk into a restaurant and they have no pricing listed, it makes you feel like..."how much is it and they say how much you got "!?!? After that, I ordered a pizza and a drink to go. The gentleman asked me if I wanted my drink now or when my pizza was ready. I opted for the drink when the pizza was done. Long story short, another guy brought out the pizza and announced here you go and went back into the kitchen. I didn't realize until I was gone that I never got my paid for drink.

Ordered pizza from Donatos for the very first time! The pizza is very bland The thin crust is not crunchy at all. The only flavor is on the sausage. The sauce for the breadsticks taste like lemon juice, I would not recommend Donatos at all.
