Frostee Shoppe, Too! - Harmar Hill

I don't really write reviews but I had to bring attention to the employee that was working today. I came to have ice cream with my daughter and grandson and while there, a bus of people came. She had about 12 tickets at a time, was working alone, and did amazing! I think they had just gotten a shipment as well and the employee stayed calm, collected, and extremely nice to everyone while still getting orders out quickly, putting cold stuff in fridges, as well as returning my grandsons toy to him. Not only that but the orders she finished looked beautiful and delicious! Really good place to go get ice cream and food as well as amazing service!

Ice cream, shakes, etc. All dairy stuff is amazing. But the food? These people cannot even heat a hot dog or hamburger up correctly. Both were cold.

Just over all great for everyone

I adore this little shop. My kids love coming down to get their kid sized ice cream cups, my boyfriend loves their banana splits and I always enjoy a nice cold chocolate shake ? the staff is always respectful and the place is super clean.

I walked in on a birthday party but it was fine as the staff treated me just as importantly as any other guest. Because it was noisy I decided to take the ice cream to go but it was really good. It was my first time there and I wasn’t sure if I was in WV or OH at this point. Wasn’t until later that I noticed where I was. Slightly confusing as the area blended together for an out of towner. But I like the change of venue and flavors from the usual DQ and TCBY that I’m use to.

Hot dog with sause was very good. Two young workers were being trained by a competent worker.

Nice little shop. We all ordered milkshakes and they were all delicious. Prices are more than fair. Young lady working was courteous, polite, and quick. We are playing disc golf tomorrow and will probably stop back in ?

Peanut butter chocolate milkshakes were amazing! Lot's of flavor, chucks of pb and banana, and 4 sizes available. Great friendly staff and clean restaurant and bathrooms.

We love coming here for food and ice cream. We always enjoy the monthly specials but everything is good. They are always friendly and quick with service and the place is always perfectly clean. Lots of seating and nice bathrooms. Great location near the park too! We didn’t take pics of everything we got but we always stop in several times so I’ll try to remember next trip!

I personally have to say this is the best ice cream shop in town. Do not go anywhere else. That even includes the bigger name ice cream shops around. Great customer service. Even if u happen to walk in and one of them is not having a great night. They greet you with the biggest smile and kindness imaginable. Perfect 10's across the board. Will definitely be returning.
