I don't really write reviews but I had to bring attention to the employee that was working today. I came to have ice cream with my daughter and grandson and while there, a bus of people came. She had about 12 tickets at a time, was working alone, and did amazing! I think they had just gotten a shipment as well and the employee stayed calm, collected, and extremely nice to everyone while still getting orders out quickly, putting cold stuff in fridges, as well as returning...
I adore this little shop. My kids love coming down to get their kid sized ice cream cups, my boyfriend loves their banana splits and I always enjoy a nice cold chocolate shake ? the staff is always respectful and the place is super clean.
I walked in on a birthday party but it was fine as the staff treated me just as importantly as any other guest. Because it was noisy I decided to take the ice cream to go but it was really good. It was my first time there and I wasn’t sure if I was in WV or OH at this point. Wasn’t until later that I noticed where I was. Slightly confusing as the area blended together for an out of towner. But I like the change of venue and flavors from the usual DQ and TCBY that I’m use...
