I ordered a unicorn cake from the bakery that they have offered to order on their website. It looked nothing like the image. The eyes were on upside down and ears were in the totally wrong spot (I fixed that before the picture, but you can see the messed up icing where the eyes were). The pink icing around the sides wasn’t nicely done. They misspelled it after I explained three times on the phone what I wanted, then argued with us at pickup to tell us we were wrong and they were right. Eventually after some discussion, they agreed to fix the writing. I will NEVER again order a cake from the Marietta Giant Eagle.

The whole lunch meat thing is absurdly ridiculous. This day in age it’s unlikely an employee will ever even work for you that long. Perhaps if you paid better wages she wouldn’t have had to do this. I will never shop at giant eagle again.

We've had the bakery bake all our cakes for over 30 years. They always are helpful, kind and courteous. If a mistake is made and its happened several times, they do not charge us for the cake. Very satisfied with the bakeries items that they make along with the service we get
