I'm not sure what has happened to this place but it definitely deserves some serious attention from the corporate office. I have never been in a restaurant that is so dirty. It was disgusting. Windows filthy with food and prints all over them, floor was so sticky my shoes was sticking to them, restroom was disgusting, seated at a table that wasn't clean and it was in the backroom where there was no customer back there. Not many customers in the restaurant but had to wait due to having to ask the kitchen if the hostess could even seat us. I find it weird that this restaurant isn't that old and is kept the way it is. I know that there are rumors of drug activity and a huge conflict of interest due to managers employing there spouses in this establishment. Shame on the corporate office for allowing this store to be ran in the ground. Someone needs to get busy because this place needs a complete overhaul starting with the people who are running it. How about you drop in unannounced and see what your customers are seeing and experiencing. I will NEVER give my money to this restaurant again.

[[Tue.23.April.2024]]Stopped here for Breakfast, some thing seemed off here today, hardly any customers having breakfast, seen a bench seat or two was taped up, had seat at table, waitress showed up about 5-8minutes later to take the order.I ordered: Orange Juice, Spicy PoBlano Omelette and Hash-Brown, 6-8 minutes later the food order was brought out to table.Orange Juice was warm to hot (asked waitress for a Colder Orange Juice) she did change it out which the second OJ was much better, then the Omelette was not Hot it was more n less “luke-warm” and defiantly was Not spicy at all, i had to place few + drops of Tabasco Hot Sauce on to it, the Hash-Brown was Cold to Warm, just was not a good over all Breakfast for ($37.00).Wright before paying and leaving had a Cold Brew Coffee added to ticket to take on road with me, lets just say took couple sips and it was awful had to pour it out down the road.Not sure what is going on, but, they need to checking the warmth of the food before bringing to customer and please please get some one that knows how to make Good Cold Brew.The only thing that came out wright was the parking today.

I am so disappointed...this food was absolutely disgusting. There was a lot of fat on it and honestly, for the price, it was literally like 3 forkfuls of New Pot Roast. Unfortunately, I'll never order from here again.

I like ihop but I can not understand why they charge an extra .99 cents for gravy when you order mash potatoes. All restaurants put gravy on mash potatoes unless you say no gravy but the ihop in Marietta Ohio charges 99 cents for gravy and they also charge an extra 99 cents if you get ranch for your salad dressing. All other dressing is free with your salad. This has happened a couple of times. I thought it was the waitress messing up but was told tonight that it is an extra charge. Not sure if other Ihops do the same but we will no longer be going to the one in Marietta Ohio.
My brother and I ate lunch at IHOP on presidents day. They were really busy and didn't have nearly enough employees to serve the customers. At one time there were 10 dirty tables with maybe 10 people waiting to be seated. Our server was doing her best but it took her 30 minutes to take our order and another 30 minutes to receive our food. Whoever scheduled employees for that day really screwed up. Not happy.

Eating here brings back memories of going to A&W and BK in Belpre with my mom. A hot dog, fries, and a root beer.
