We have to drive a long way to get Jersey Mike's and I really like the number 11 this was our first time going to this store and they forgot to put the vinager on my sub. It was okay but it could have been better.

When entering, none of the 3 girls greeted the only customer to walk in..me! Which prompted me to walk to order line which I was rudely informed I had to wait as she cleaned up. Ok no problem, seeing she east busy I asked the other girl 2 questions regarding the size and topping, which the cleaning female answered rudely. Food was great. Customer service has sadly plummeted.

I've not tried the food, but the way that the employees treat their pick up drivers is deplorable! One specifically grabbed a bag out of a drivers hands! They need to remember that they make money from the Uber and Doordash orders! A little kindness goes a long way!
