Shocked at the price of $18.95 When we checked pricing listed online it was $10 for 10 piece chicken only But the catch is you have to order “online”. Certainly if we were told as we ordered we would have pulled over to order online and saved$ 8.97. Not happy with customer care. At the window when asked they could not provide a to-go pricing menu They lost an longtime customer

Tried to place order online. Did not go through first time so I placed it again. Appeared to go through the second time but went to pick up and they did not receive it. Totally bad experience. Chicken was dry and tough. Also, had to pay regular price claiming they couldn't give us the online price in the store. What bull crap. Probably won't go back. Definitely won't order online.

Walked a mile there from downtown to get a meal. Only drive up window open! Raggedy small notice taped to the door "Sorry for the inconvenience but lobby is undergoing renovation." Why don't you update your Google listing or your website to reflect closure?!?! I didn't need to dine in but just wanted takeout! Plenty of room inside at the counter to service takeout customers.

Stopped at KFC in Marietta Ohio. Ordered a bucket of 10 piece chicken. We got just legs and thighs . Thought there was suppose to be an assortment . Disappointed .

We ate at the Marietta, OH KFC on March 8, 2022. We were sad they no longer have a buffet due to staffing, but food and service were excellent. We both ordered the chicken strip box with potatoes, gravy and coleslaw. The lady who waited on us was attentive. She made sure our food was correct and offered condiments - sauce, butter. We will stop by again when we are in the area.

We make an annual trek to Marietta for a family reunion. Since we are over three hours away, our food contribution tends to be fried chicken. KFC offers tasty chicken as well as fast and friendly service.
